The facility closes at 4:00 pm on Fridays, but both bays were occupied by other customers when we arrived at 3:40. The manager told me that they could not take any more customers that day, because they were already going to be busy until 4:00. My 78 year old sister’s husband just died a few weeks ago, and she needs her 1985 Honda to be trustworthy enough to get her (without her husband for the first time) back to her winter home 1000 miles away. The manager squeezed her in, got her oil and oil filter changed, topped off the fluids and the air in the tires and gave her the confidence to make the drive. Thank you Jackson Hole Express Lube!”
