I bought a $3200 set of Milwaukee tools at Jackson lumber and two years later my tools quit working. I took them back to Jackson lumber for my warranty and they said they can't help me m come back and get my broken tools. I would not recommend Jackson lumber to anyone!! I also don't recommend buying the overpriced and overrated Milwaukee tools! I will never buy another tool from Jackson lumber!! Just saying.... Home depot will honor the warranty!if you bought it at home Depot.

I'm out of stater working in the area. I started going there to get tools etc. But somehow everytime they have rude comments saying smile for the camera. Or they have a lady watching us as we are getting accessories. This is the 3rd time with bad customer service. I don't recommend you going here if your a different color of skin.

Dennis, Blake and the rest of the crew at Jackson Lumber are great. They are friendly and they know their stuffIf they do not have what you want in stock, they are happy to order it for you. They will delivery your lumber order in a fairly narrow time window. You will not have be available between 8am and 5pm like too many other places these days.

Have attempted many times over the years to shop here. Every single time, have encountered rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful behavior on the phone and in person. Plenty of other places to shop around Jackson where you’ll have a great experience, sadly, this just isn’t one of them for us.
