Had a small issue with new seal coating smell when we checked in which we expressed to management and their handling of it was world class. This is one of the finest resorts anywhere in the world and the staff, service, and ambiance are just as outstanding. If you come to Jackson Hole and want the very best in accommodations and views, the Amangani should be your choice.

I took my family here for a four nights stay for some well deserve relax and rest. We left Houston early morning and arrived into Jackson Hole later afternoon. Very tired and hoping to get some rest before heading out for dinner. Upon check into the room at Amangani Resort, the room was extremely hot (78 degrees) and we keep hearing loud rattling noises like a washer on spin cycle periodically (every 5 minutes). We went to front desk to let them know; the front desk ask us to open the door to let fresh cool air come in to cool the room and also did not wanted to believed us regarding the noises. Later that evening they sent a tech to our room and realized that the AC did not work and while he was there he was able to hear rattling loud noise for himself. We then have to repacked after we came back from dinner and move to another room. Needless to say; we did not get to get any rest before heading out to dinner. After we moved into another room, I asked to have the manager give me a call the next day. No one call the following. I waited til the third day and called front desk to ask; i was told no note was left for anyone to call. I stay at the Aman resort before. But this stay; I loss all my good regards for the Aman resorts. And do not recommend. Save yourself from a bad experience and stay at another resort.

If you are not a guest at this property, I do not recommend using any of their services, particularly the spa. The staff seems very untrained and unprofessional. We had been emailing them for weeks about appointments the day after our wedding as non-guests, only to find out we couldn’t book until 24 hours before, when they knew we were not going to be guests the entire time. Upon reading the other reviews it seems like they view non-guests like cattle. My fiancé and I have visited Jackson Hole over 10 times times in the last four years, and we recommend the Four Seasons Spa and the Hotel Jackson 100 times over this place. Their staff is kind and accommodating and well trained, no matter if you are staying at the hotel or not! Overall, seems like a luxury experience you can skip when there are better options in Jackson Hole.
Update: immediately after the review they explained that the Four Seasons has more spa rooms and that they only have four, that’s why you cannot book ahead of time if you aren’t staying there, completely missing my point that they need to train their staff to read emails and understand rules so they don’t misinform people! Incredibly unprofessional and irritating.

Beautiful decor, sunset was incredible. Service was great except took 40 minutes to receive appetizers. That was fine since the food was both pretty and delicious upon arrival. The chef definitely took their time and care into each dish. Nice experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Amangani Resort in Jackson Hole, WY, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations in every way possible. The exceptional service provided by every single staff member truly made me feel like part of the Amangani family. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every need was met with care, speed, and the warmest of smiles.
The rooms at Amangani Resort are a true testament to luxury and style. They are incredibly spacious, offering a sense of grandeur and comfort. What impressed me the most was how the rooms managed to seamlessly blend classic and modern design elements, creating an ambiance that was both timeless and contemporary. It was a pleasure to retreat to such a beautifully appointed space after a day of exploration.
But what truly took my breath away was the stunning backdrop of the mountains that surrounded the resort. From just about every angle, we were treated to breathtaking views that seemed almost unreal. Whether we were sipping coffee on the balcony or relaxing by the fireplace, the majestic beauty of the mountains was always within sight. It truly added an extra layer of tranquility and serenity to our stay.
When it came to dining, the resort restaurant exceeded all expectations. The food was not only delicious and flavorful, but it also offered a wide variety of menu options to satisfy every palate. It was such a sweet and heartwarming gesture that completely caught us off guard. It truly made our stay even more memorable and added an extra touch of romance to our experience.
Overall, I can confidently say that the Amangani Resort is a 5-star haven of luxury, hospitality, and breathtaking beauty. The exceptional service provided by every staff member, the spacious and upscale rooms, the mesmerizing mountain views, and the delectable dining options all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I wasn’t as impressed as i had hope to be. The reception was kinda weird. It felt like most of the staff are temporary. The uniforms were old and looked tired. It’s really a small town and there’s not many good restaurants there. The hotel had 2 restaurants and they were just ok. The wait staff and sommelier also seemed like they’re locals and not planning on being there too long. The rooms are very spacious and the hotels main feature is the pool with the million dollar view in the middle of the property. I thought the rooms could use a facelift. It is one of their oldest property and it’s time for a redo.
