FYI, the ladies up front are always friendly, but the guy (owner?) Has been rude at best. Surly and condescending on previous visits.I'll never bother with service here again. The board on the wall says $95 for a UTV service, I tried to confirm "it'll be about $100, right?" And I was told "about $150" I was a little surprised, but for the ease of access I didn't complain, but then I was hit with "Actually with inflation it'll be about $160." I should have just walked out then. That's a huge difference to the board on the wall.I called Thursday to set an appointment for Saturday, but I was told it wasn't needed. "Just show up and we'll get you taken care of." Surprised I asked if they just weren't that busy, and I was told they aren't.I thought that'd be great. Easy enough to drop the SxS off for its first service and take care of other stuff while I'm in the area. I live 50 miles away from their shop, so it'sa special trip. I dropped it off with the keys around 9:30-9:45 and grabbed a late breakfast at Penny's, receipt shows I paid at 10:19 AM. Headed to Walmart to grab a few things and kill the time for an oil change while I waited for their call.Finished my business in Rock Springs, grabbed takeout for the family, and headed back to Green River. Still hadn't gotten a call, but I had wasted plenty of time and was expecting the call on the drive back to K-motive. I pulled into the lot at 12:33 PM and in 3 hours they hadn't moved my machine from where I parked it in front of their doors. I hooked up my trailer, went in and politely asked for my keys. Different lady at the desk, so took a moment, but she was friendly and helpful.Everything I did in the area I could have done locally and not ran 100 miles towing (have you seen fuel prices?!) and I made this trip specifically to get the RZR serviced. I can get the oil changed in my truck faster than the 3 hours my SxS sat, and for less than the $160 they were going to charge me. I'm out the fuel and 5 hours of my personal time being wasted because they didn't set an appointment. Save your time and money; go elsewhere.

I took a 20 year old ATV that hadn't run for 5 years to K-Motive for repairs. It turned out to have a mixture of mechanical and electrical issues I just didn't want to tackle myself. It wasn't an easy repair, and as with all vehicles that old fixing one issue just led to another. In short it runs like new now I was charged over $100 less than the estimate and they delivered to my driveway. Where do you get service like that?

Honestly some of the best customer service we have had in a LONG time! They helped us with parts and shipped them since we are 8 hours away. I wish we where closer as all of our ATV's would be serviced here! Huge thanks again for everything, you all are the best!
