“The name is Derek, I recently got frauded in my checking account, couldn’t shake the theives so had to shut down my whole checking that every bill is tied too... my payment to pay this storage didn’t have funds, however this is the only place out of 5 so far that didn’t charge me a late fee. I’ve been using them for almost three years now.. jus good honest people I dono if it was the owner I talked to or a front desk person, god bless her for not being like all the other greed driven company’s.. like it’s crazy for a hacker to get into my checking and take thousands, and then I turn around and every bill I have to pay late charges on top of it, after switching banks and rerouting all bills... like do the people who are all about the late charges are they thinking it can’t happen to them? Sorry but karma will come for you. Be humble, have class, and have empathy.. god bless this company”

“Clean, secure location to store my belongings. The phone number routes you to the office that’s located on Boxelder Rd (not on site). Had a few receptionists be not very polite with questions, while others have been very nice to me. Not sure about that. I have their smallest unit for 44$/month, which I find reasonable. Locks seem secure and there’s a code to enter the facility. Overall, pretty happy with the facility. Do wish for more consistently nice staff when I call the office though.”
