Called Platnum Diesel after arriving in Gillette due to our Motor Home losing power & the check engine light was on. James made a service call on a Friday & plugged into the engines computer to determine problem! Found an issue with fuel pressure! Took the Motor Home to the shop & they worked thru several steps to determine we needed a high pressure fuel pump & replace the fuel line from the water separator to the engine! James kept us informed & we were back on the road in 5 days! Hats off to James & his crew for their diligence & hard work during this process! Highly recommend! Ken & Sandy Berry

Five stars all the way. Everyone here is very polite and kind, and coming from someone who isn't from Wyoming it was stressful being stranded and broke down so far from home but these guys have gone above and beyond to help my father and I. If you're looking for a reputable, trustworthy shop, this is the place.I'd give them ten stars if I could.

Very impressed with Platinum Diesel and their staff. Had problems with my 2002 Dodge diesel. They replace a fuel injection pump and also a fuel pump. Prices were very competitive and when I had problems on a weekend I called and James got back with me right away. Took care of the problem haven't had any issues with my vehicle since. Would definitely recommend this shop to anybody. If I ever have problems in the future they will be my first call.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
