I went to the store and it was empty and said for lease on the door. .this is after my sim card was stolen by my x roommate and metros 611 told me I had to go to the store to prove my identity

Mason is on point! He solved an issue within seconds that support and I spent over an hour on the phone and still couldn't resolve. Staff could not be more helpful, the owner and manager are lucky to have such amazing employees working for them!
