“The guys who moved our furniture in were WONDERFUL. One of them asked several questions to ensure the experience was pleasing and did not create any problems. It's like he thought of everything! E.g., in addition to asking if it was ok to leave shoes on, he asked if my cat would run away since the door had to be open. After I put my cat away, he asked if there were any other pets to be aware of to ensure they didn't run away either. The care that the movers showed was honestly almost inspiring and definitely moving, ha! :)”

“Our fridge went out in December, I went into karls expecting the worst, to purchase another $1000+ fridge. When speaking with the manager, she asked if our broken fridge was purchased there, [it came with the house]. We told her who the builder was and she pulled the fridge up and found it still to be under warranty.
We set up a date for karls to come grab our old fridge and they were kind enough to let us use a Loaner fridge for the 1.5 months. Greta service, great quality of work, and great customer service. I will be a returning customer.”
