Horrible internet, they find fees out of no where to charge you, even when paying extra to have a credit on account they loose track and say you are behind. Rude associates and they always blame horrible service on router even if it is their router.

Twice now a tech has shown up at my house to tell me my signal was off. They have adjusted my satellite and made sure we’re getting the best we can have. Deb was amazing during distance learning making sure my girls could get all of their assignments turned in to graduate. Such amazing customer service! Thank you so much!!

Great customer service!! Deb from tech support went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. Ryan came out and fixed a few things and was very nice and professional.

They came in to troubleshoot a phone line issue on our alarm system and charged $530 for 45 minutes of work! Called their offices because surely that charge was a mistake and their customer service was absolutely the worst. The lady acted like she was doing me favor to see if there was a problem, but only if I treated her like a princess. It took a week for them to tell me that they refused to correct the bill. Looked back at other bills and they consistently overcharged by large amounts. In the end the owner was gracious enough to credit $50 on one bill (that was overcharged by $75) from hundreds of dollars of excessive charges and that was it. I cancelled all services the following day. Stay away and if you are already using them run away before you get hit with some outrageous charge.

Very unethical company! I inherited their business alarm system when bought my business. Every time I needed to change an employee code, they charged me at least 1/4 hour @ $100, but if they took a little longer, they charged me whatever they wanted (up to $100 to spend a few minutes to update 3-4 codes). I was ready to dump them, when they got one of my employees to authorize them to come onsite due to a communication problem. We are an hour away, so they charged $100 to drive here, $100 per hour for troubleshooting, and then $100 to drive back. The tech was onsite less than an hour. They billed me for 5 hours and I received a $530 invoice!!!! When I complained, they were all obnoxious like I was at their mercy whether they would discuss with the owner if they would bestow upon me any reduction to their overcharges. In the end they just told me to go pound sand. I demanded documentation of technician hours and they were not sure if they had anything or whether the owner would allow them to release it. Wow, I thought when you bill by the hour you have to justify and document your time, especially at $100 per hour! As of this posting date they still have not provided any justification for their billing. And they also informed me that they bill in increments of 1 hour, so if they spend 1 hour and 5 minutes at your site, it will be $200!! How many times do you think the techs drag out an extra 5-10 minutes close to an end of an hour to bill another $100?? All...the...time. Stay away!!! And if you are with them, find someone else or pray that you never have a service problem, or you will probably be billed $200-$500 for them to come out to fix it, whether it is your fault or not! And if you call to complain, be prepared for a bunch of condescending princesses telling you tough sh*t!

I live out of town and I have amazing Internet! Collins is such a great company to work with. No issues on install. Everything is perfect. My bill is always the same which is GREAT!

I have been with Collis for many years, good times and bad but this time is the worst. I have been without internet since Friday afternoon. I called and was told they were having issues, ok I can live with that. Saturday morn no internet, I call they give me the tech, I call it all morning, no answer. Finally got internet that afternoon, lasted about an hour. I call the tech line all afternoon, no answer. I call the answering service. She says the tech people are supposed to be the until 10 pm but will send in an order. Sunday no internet. I call the tech line no answer, I call the answering service and told the story, she sends urgent message to tech support.......still no response. I contacted visionary.
