This is a beautiful kept price of history. You can pack a lunch and spend the day here learning about fort Laramie and the history in Wyoming. They have tour guides as well. There's a park with picnic tables lots of shade to enjoy lunch.

This is a hard to reach site but worth the visit. The grounds are large and full of historical structures. There's even a ranger led weapon demonstration occasionally. The restrooms are in a different building than the visitor center. That center is very large and has more souveothan you'd think.
