We tried to use the dog wash at 6:40am. The door was locked. According to the sign it's open 7 days a week. 6am-9pm. That doesn't seem to be correct.

The soap from wash brush was great! It removed the bugs splatter without having to scrub hard. Highly recommend!

Washed my suv. Lots of pressure. Foam brush has lots of soap. Charged my card $12.

Went to use the dog wash yesterday. It was clean but that is the only thing. Charged us 45 dollars total for water. The shampoo didn’t work or the scent etc. just the water. For 45 dollars. Very dissatisfied.

The dog wash area is very clean but that is the only good thing. Water pressure is so low it takes forever to rinse and water was cold for more than half the time. I’m glad I brought my own shampoo because their machine was either out or there is not enough distributed to be able to wash. As far the the dryer….. don’t even bother. There was not enough force to even blow the water off my bare hand. Loaded to soaking wet dogs into the car to bring home and use my hairdryer. Better off washing then with a hose outside.

If i could give a no star i would. Ive spent hundreds of $$ at this place over the last 13 years of owning a dog. The place is old i get it. Nothing has been updated blowers are useless and the insanely loud beeping isn't so great for dogs ears. But the fact that your equipment is so run down that my 10 year old dog Tried to exit the bathtub and the ramp broke. She's now injured. Thank you for hurting my 10 year old dog with you lack of maintenance. I've tried calling the office several times and nobody answers. What do you plan on doing to make this right!Update: 2weeksish later. Still NOT FIXED. Never said sorry about your dog anything to me. Somebody had the nerve to go in there Put the ramp back up. Just leaning on it. Still comes right off. No sign no nothing. Nobody has even tried to contact me whatsoever.

I liked every machine took a credit card, but the wash booths were very narrow and short.

I used the dog wash.Well for starters it says $7 for 14 minutes or $10 for 22 or 24 minutes (I can’t recall). I inserted my card and it didn’t give me the option it just charged as i was going. I stopped the wash at exactly $14 which was right around 25 minutes and my bank account was drafted $15. Not to mention when I was trying to figure out the payment system I put in a dollar bill separate and it ate it without giving any extra time. There is not enough water pressure to give a husky a good wash so it took A LONG time just to do the wash but then when it came to the dryer, I would have been better off using my cheap conair hair blow dryer at home. I am convinced this place doesn’t invest in better pressurized equipment because low pressure setting makes them more money. Spend the $20 at Petcos self wash because you’ll actually be able to fully bathe and blow dry and for cheaper. (My dog is still quite wet after using American Pride’s dryer but i couldn’t fathom giving them anymore money) I will not be back.

Dog bath facility indoors and clean. Walk-in tub and great spray wand. Not sure if all the selections of product worked, I used my own doggie shampoo. Tubs are standing height for the human washer.
