I recently had an unfortunate event that required medical attention. This was my first time visiting CHCCW, Dubois. The staff were all tremendous (starting with the front desk, through the nursing team, the provider, and the follow up). It made me proud to live in Dubois and so very grateful that we have such a wonderful team here for our medical needs. They took care of my immediate needs and scheduled me for diagnostic testing and other preventive screening. I was able to have my X-rays completed within CHCCW and was referred to another fabulous facility in Jackson for other diagnostic and screening. Top notch all the way!!

While on a long cross country trip I developed an issue that my doctor at home wanted me to be to be seen for. I called this clinic and they got me in immediately. The entire staff was amazing. They were kind, compassionate and listened to what I said. It’s really hard to go to a strange place when you’re traveling but I could not have had a better experience with CHCCW. Thank you so much Stacy, Jen and Kristen as well as the front office staff who were wonderful.

Was traveling through town from North Dakota and experienced a migraine. I recieved swift treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and professional! The facility was clean and they got me in and out as a walk-in in 30 minutes! By far the best treatment experience I have ever recieved! I am also a registered nurse and I highly recommend this place!

While on vacation to Wyoming with my family. My daughter suffered a huge migraine headache. We went in to the walk in clinic in DuBois WY and my daughter was immediately seen by their physician. They knew what they were doing immediately. 45 mins later she was on her way and her headache was just about finished. Thank you everyone at this clinic you saved our first day of vacation.

These guys saved my life, literally... In the middle of a widow maker heart attack, they convince me to be life flighted to Casper instead of Lander where they don't have a cath lab. Also my flight crew that cared for me in the cool running helicopter were some of the best medical professionals that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This was my second widow maker heart attack and I am doing better a little every day thanks to these guys.

This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write regardless of how poor service has been with other business’s, but felt obligated as this place is a malpractice situation waiting to happen so I felt I would share my experience with others in hopes they make the right decision on where to go if in need of medical attention. My experience was as follows- While riding Togwotee pass on 01/31/2020 I had an off that caused a serious knee injury that was visually obvious. We hurried back to the trailer, loaded up and rushed to Dubois for medical assistance as my knee appeared displaced and in grave condition. We arrived at the Clinic just before 11:35am, upon entering the clinic and describing the situation we were told that the clinic closes for Lunch at 12pm however we could return after 1pm upon the conclusion of lunch. I’m still stunned while typing this and I think about my visit, I would like to believe that medical facilities offer the highest of fiduciary duties of business’s today, but not this one. As a business owner myself, it wouldn’t matter if I was selling party balloons and paperclips, I wouldn’t ask a customer standing at my counter to come back after lunch. I was fortunate to only have a dislocated knee, however from my experience if you are in need of medical assistance I would strongly suggest taking the extra travel time to visit any of the other medical facilities in the area. If your situation is grave and its lunch time in Dubois my prayers are with you and your family!

The Dubois Clinic is wonderful now! With Erin and Lisa you're in good hands. They truly care and follow up on my little kiddos. Lisa is extremely knowledge in holistic and Western medicine. I highly recommend it. It wasn't always this great but I feel confident that the current staff are committed to this community.

MILITARY PERSONNEL: Do NOT, repeat, DO NOT go to this clinic if it can be helped. I have family here so when we were PCSing to Ft. Campbell, we stopped here for a few days to visit. My son was 4 months old and got an ear infection from all the dust and wind so I took him to the clinic here. We have Tricare prime and Prime would cover the bill if they had billed it as Urgent Care. They insisted that it just wasn't possible "Ma'am, I can't bill you as a ciropracter if I'm a dentist." They billed Tricare for a New Patient Office Visit and because they aren't in the Prime network, Tricare won't cover it. I called Tricare and they said they would cover it if I had them rebill it with "Urgent Care Visit" in the comments section. 9 months later I'm STILL getting bills from them claiming that I owe money. Keep in mind, this is not my first dealings with them. Like I said, I have family in the area. I visited there before I had my son and had to do an urgent care visit resulting in the same billing issues. Only last time they actually put "Urgent Care Visit" in the comments and Tricare had no problem covering the complete cost. If you can't avoid it, I would recommend recording everything and call Tricare before you are seen.
