First, I'd like to say. I did not purchase a vehicle or RV from here.
I had the opportunity to meet the owner of this dealership. You can tell a lot about how a person is when you first meet them.
The owner was just an amazing person. I am from out of town and was traveling through Cody. He and his wife recommended so many places to see and eat.
They were some of the nicest, most down to earth people I have met. They made my trip out west, so much better.
So, with my experience talking with them, I can only imagine how he runs the business and takes care of the customers that come through the door.

I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff was very patient and kind and it was obvious they liked working at Whitlock Motors. The service department was able to identify the problem with my car right away and fixed the problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I heartily recommend them on every level!

We were towed here on sunday night because of a hard time getting the engine started, a noisy sound, and a burn smell. At 7:30 AM the door was open so we went in, found a mecanic called Brian who immediately accepted to have a look at it. It was something really simple with the air conditioning belt (the air conditioner compressor was already broken anyway) so he just took the belt off and we were good to go in a minute, without any fee. So grateful for the service! He didn’t try to sell us other repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about Whitlock motors service department. I had been dealing with a weird squeak in my car for over 2 1/2 years. I had many different parts replaced at different shops with the promise always “this will fix it”. I always drove off still hearing the sound. So disappointing to waste money and feel duped because I’m a woman.
I told Brian my story. He kept my car over night, drove it around and figured the source of the noise. He then ordered the part and squeezed in the job as fast as he could. What a dream. ITS FIXED! Finally someone that didn’t say “it’s a phantom sound only you can hear”. I was treated like a valued customer. Brian is super patient and a good listener. I am so happy to have my car serviced at Whitlock motors. Woohoo

Drove from Gillette WY to Cody WY just to buy a truck and working with Tyler and the team at whitlock made the process great! They helped me with an issue I had with my new truck purchase and made everything right. It was well worth the travel to have a great experience

Highly recommend Whitlock Motors! Tim and Tyler went above and beyond for us! We were deciding on our forever vehicle and they made sure every need of ours was met! We had a big checklist and they checked everything off! Hands down recommend to any one looking to buy a new vehicle! And not only that they are always so friendly and willing to help! It's not our first time buying from them and definitely won't be our last. We LOVE working with them!

We recently were looking for a used truck to repair an old one with mechanical problems. We wanted more hauling and payload capacity, plus some comfort for trips. I had lots of questions to figure out. How much capacity might we need in the future. What bed size to get. Gas vs diesel. Fuel costs. Reliability. We went to all the local dealerships and two main independent businesses. Whitlock Motors by far spent the most times helping us with our question
We ended up buying, we believe, the best truck for our needs, within our budget. No pressure at any point. They were honest and straightforward. When doing the paperwork, they offered an extended warranty, which I wanted to compare with alternatives. They said no problem, we can add at any time, without a cost penalty. The salesman, Jon, was great! We highly recommend them.

Tanner and associates in the rv division rock. We were traveling through Cody with our rv, and had an issue with the roof. Tanner was not able to fit us in their schedule, but took the time to walk us through what needed to be done and sold us the supplies. A+++

Worst dealer experience I've ever had. Bought a Teton trailer from them that is absolute junk, completely unusable at this point. Whitlock does not stand behind what they sell and neither does the manufacturer. I've been plenty patient with them, but clearly once they've got your money they don't care. Customer experience post sale is not a priority. The majority of my career I've spent at dealerships, we would have never treated a customer this way. I recommend taking your money and time elsewhere, and stay away from Teton trailers.

Wow! Whitlock Motors was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone is extremely nice. They will take care of you, work with you because everyone's situation is different. They are interested in you as a person Whitlock Motors is the only place I will buy my car from. High praise to Dennis Eden, by far the best car salesman I have ever met and done business with. Also a shout out to Bryan in the Service Department who is easy and honest to work with when I need routine maintenance on my three cars.

I bought a Cadillac from Shawn Wolz at Whitlock Motors. I have to say the process was seamless and the whole staff was amazing. Shawn was fantastic about answering all my questions and I had a lot. He helped me to figure out features that were new to me and gave me lot of options and information on warranties. I absolutely love my new car and would 100% purchase another car from Shawn at Whitlock. Everything was top notch!
