My husband and I needed a new phone, and an upgrade for me. we first went to the Verizon up on the hill, when you first come into Cody . The people at that Verizon were so rude, and talked to us like we were stupid. They were also mad when we refuse to get protection on our phones . so we ended up leaving and going to Verizon down by Walmart (on Yellowstone, the one I’m writing review on) They were so kind, and very helpful. We ended up talking, and joking with them the entire time they were helping us. 10 out of 10. I would recommend going to this Verizon over the other one in Cody. And for some odd reason, the Verizon down by Walmart was cheaper than the other Verizon. Dustin , was super helpful with everything we needed done. He was very knowledgeable, and funny.

I forgot what her name was but she helped us on may 7 around 5pm after the other Verizon store turned us away. We drove all the way from Yellowstone so we were so grateful to her for doing a fast job and being so friendly.
