Went in to buy a canyon strap and they didn’t know what that was……The parts department was rude and arrogant. And was rude to me and whoever he was talking to on the phone too. Me and my girl rode out bikes there too so wasn’t in a cage….i won’t go back or spend money here…

Thank you for getting me back on the road and saving my vacation. I'm eternally grateful to chase and everyone else who helped fix my Honda. I found myself with bad break pads on my Honda ST 1300 in the middle of Yellowstone. I limped my bike into Cody where I found out there was a two week wait for repair at Rogers. After they found out I was in desperate need for service they rearranged their schedule for me. I can never repay you for your commitment to service. You truly saved my trip! Thank you Chase! PS....their service prices are VERY reasonable.

Sorry for the long review, but the details are important on this one. :) Earlier this year I had a great experience with Rogers sport center, a good friend and I were on a motorcycle trip 1200+ miles from home and while getting ready to hit the road one morning I discovered my bike wasn't charging the battery. Of course, I didn't have all the necessary tools to diagnose the problem but they let me borrow a few and I was able to determine that the rectifier had went bad, unfortunately they didn't have one in stock and I wasn't able to find any online that could be delivered quickly. While sitting inside reviewing the few options I had, everyone behind the counter was helping me search for the part I needed, ultimately they were able to locate one from a supplier of theirs that could get it delivered quickly in the next day or so. When the time came for the part to arrive, it didn't show up so the staff started looking into it and realized it was a slight mistake on their part which caused the shipping delay. Once they had figured out what caused the shipping delay, they gave me a call, explained the situation, how they were at fault, and that they would not be charging me for the shipping costs. They could have easily lied and told me that the supplier made the mistake and I would've never known any different. I think this really goes to show the level of dignity that they have as a business and how they operate as a whole. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and I strongly recommend you give them a shot if you're in the market!

Had a great repair experience for my 17-year-old Honda VFR sport-touring bike with Rogers. I was on a vacation when the bike just quit about 8 miles outside town. They took their technician off another job to diagnosis the situation, which unfortunately required parts to be sent for. I left the bike with them and went home on Delta Airlines. They diligently diagnosed a very subtle electrical malfunction, worked though the repair and did it all as promptly as possible. I really appreciated their attitude and competency.
