Subpar customer service from tellers and manager. Don't expect the manager to come out and apologize for their banking mistakes either.

They won't even apologize for their own mistake and taking more money from your account than they should have. They will even go as far as turning the blame around, making you jump through hoops and wait an uncertain amount of time before giving back your money.
