I could have done a better job by dumping a 5 gallon bucket of water on my car. Fix it or close it!

The machine took my 3.00 in quarters. So then i put in a ten and it gave me a notice i can't read as it isn't legible saying unable to give change. So i paid $13 for a 9.00 car wash. So not great
