My car was hit here in town and I started to call around to body shops to see who would be able to work with my insurance (Progressive). The Reno office team was so nice and responsive and assured me that they worked with Progressive's local rep regularly and invited me to bring my car over for an initial quote that same day. They worked on my quote and shared it with my insurance, got all the repairs approved, ordered the parts, and scheduled a drop-off date for my car. The entire process was so smooth and easy, and then they topped it off by finishing the work a day early!
