Out of towner. Rolled in with a flat tire, on a spare. Went in the next morning from Yellowstone Nat Park, immediately took care of the tire, patch in 20 minutes and minimal charge. Thank you so much.

I recently took my car to Bear Co, and while my initial interactions were promising, I was ultimately let down. Bear Co assessed my vehicle and decided that fixing it seemed like “a can of worms” they didn’t want to open and claimed that parts would take months to order, other mechanics in town didn't seem to have this issue. This felt dismissive and extremely stressful as I had to scramble to find another mechanic after being stranded already for four days while they had my van in their lot. If you call they will put you on hold, also front office people do not seem friendly or communicative. Many locals that I asked expressed similar or worse experiences with them. There are cheaper towing services in town and better mechanics. I wish I could leave a good review but these guys proved to be soft handed quitters.

We brought in 2 tires to be dismounted and 2 new tires to be mounted on the rims. Were charged $80. When questioned on the price when it's only $20 a tire they stated the balancing of new tires was an additional $20 a tire. The weights were not changed they are the same rusty weights. Questioned that and was told they used the same weights which from a quick Google search is considered bad practice and “Therefore, it is not recommended to reuse wheel weights, as they are more susceptible to slipping around the rim flange, or even coming off the wheel." Definitely never going back Rimrock charges $25 a tire for everything, balancing and new weights included.

I find it incredible that a company that is dedicated to changing tires daily has this type of error, how do you not tighten the tires enough, in something so important for safety? I don't recommend this company, they made me a tire change approximately 2 weeks ago, I had a long trip to Jackson Hole, where thank God nothing happened, when I return to Cody, I realize that my car is making strange noises on the new tires, or surprise, two fell and one was about to fall, I go to the branch to have my car fixed because it is clearly their fault, and it turns out that they need special parts for a Ford escape, incredible, they were not responsible and I risked my safety for trusting a stupid service

Huge shout out to these guys for taking such great care of me today. Started out at the Ford dealership and ended up here to get tire rotation done right. I HIGHLY recommend Bear Tire Co for any service needed.

We were passing through Cody, had been driving all night and needed a tire patched. We were able to get right in, quick service and had us back on the road in less than 20 mins. Reasonably priced as well.

Tried to overcharge me at every turn. Charged me $15 per tire to wash slime off atv wheels. Took about one minute per tire.

I stopped in to see if they could do an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. They had the time and got it done. The manager was friendly and they offer free pop to customers. I spent 10 years in this industry...this is a good shop.
