Nothing to do with the branch itself, but I HATE the new ATM!!!!!!!!I have NEVER had so many problems with loading cash deposits into the machine!!!!

The ATM at this location has been down all week and I need cash. I know this has impacted lots if people because 3 ATMs near the bank were out of cash. Their online hours show they are open at 9 AM but no employees were there at 9 AM. I've been banking at this location for 16 years. They used to have great customer service but ever since COVID, their service has been horrible. There have been several times when they've been closed during hours they have posted as being open online and on their door. Ridiculous!

I went to this branch to get a paper notarized. No notary was available so I was toldto come back in an hour. I return and the teller says she will squeeze me in before a 130 appointment. The notary tells me it will be an hour or so before she can get to me. It was 1:17. Really? That is horrible customer service.

Went into the lobby to open a new savings account for my great granddaughter. A female banker from an east office asked if I had an appointment. I did not. She told me the person I needed to see was booked up for days. Even though there is nothing posted that says a cusomer needs an appointment to get service, she informed me that I did. I have been a member of this bank for decades and have never been refused service. A couple of days later I went through the drive-thru to cash a check. I left without checking the envelope. I was to find out my ID cars were missing. I went back to the drive-thru to find my cards still in the tube. Someone could have easily came by and stole my cards. This bank needs to take Customer Service # 101 or close its doors. This bank is closed Saturdays, doesn't even count coins any longer, yet it advertises that it is a full service facility.

Just had a great experience here. Nicholas was very helpful with opening an account, and he and Erin were pleasant and knowledgeable. You will need to set up an appointment on the website before coming to this branch to open an account.

Anytime I have to call about my business account I never get through to a banker on the phone. When my other treasurer takes the money into the drive through the line could be short or long but you can guarantee that you're gonna have to wait at least 30 minutes or longer

Extremely friendly team that remember their regulars. Easy parking and drive ups. And the ATM has its own area off to the side so the ATM users don't take up a lane.

Not too happy with my experience. People were friendly but who puts a huge withdrawal in a plastic grocery bag? I’m surprised she didn’t just roll up the cash and put a rubber band like you see in the movies. Just felt wrong with a 3” stack shoved in my pocket in a grocery looking bag. Zipper envelope or at the least 6 or 7 envelopes. This isn’t Detroit you know.
