Honestly i hear a lot of complaints about what they give for what you give but it's easy better than what normally happens at my house which is private selling and getting ghosted and then I end up throwing the stuff away and get nothing but clutter. So glad to have a place to take our items and not to mention I fall in love with at least 5 things I purchase when I come back in. I definitely think it's a fair scale for the most part. The employees are always above and beyond friendly and helpful with whatever we need help finding or just looking out for items as I would ask!
