“This store has a way of breaking expectations. I've been in similar stores in other states and find this one to be cleaner and better organized. There is a good selection of used merchandise in varying conditions and age. While there is older items, they seem to be fully intact or whole. Clothing items look used but with plenty of life remaining.”

As far as customer service goes, they are teenage girls ? this is probably their first ever customer service job and they could probably use some training but most of the time I go there, I shop and pay. “Make sure you out by I-25/I-80 and not downtown on the OTHER W. 5th street. Other than address confusion this is a great thrift store which you would never know from when you pull up in front of it. It is much bigger than what appears at the street view.”
