The location on South Street should be in trouble for deceptive advertising they have things advertised for $3 that you get charged $3.70 at the window for I'm never going there again! Deal with them at your own risk!!!!

Ridge Rd location, asked for a large tub of red sauce, said it was against policy so they gave me two small tubs. I asked for one large tub & that’s what I expected! Carey Ave does it (after I contacted you). All locations need to.

They have recently been going after a common phrase they trademark despite having no locations in my state, didn't even know they existed until the lawsuit over "Taco Tuesday, next they will try and own Potatoes, these Copyrights/Trademarks on common language and objects like Apples are getting ridiculous.Corporations are not people and can not own Language or common goods. Local Taco Trucks are in a frenzy because Taco Bell is requesting this small unheard of chain store to drop the ego and the copyrights for all Taco Selling businesses to proudly proclaim Taco Tuesday as it should be in celebration of Tacos, without the Johns ego.

I enjoy Taco Johns food, I think the quality is better than Taco Bell. I purchased the Nachos Navidad with a side of cheese spread last night at the Wellington location. The chips were stale and the quantity of cheese and meat were lacking, I tried twice to call the location, the first time put on hold the second no answer. I had the same experience here last year. For over $8.00 not a good experience

Why oh why did you change the sauce!! It tastes AWFUL!! Why are you trying to taste like every other fast food restaurant that has no unique flavor!! Super dissatisfied. I have family that live in southern Colorado where there are no Taco Johns and they drive to Denver (2 1/2 hours) and eastern colorado (4 hours) just to indulge!! We have been lifers of this restaurant since the day you opened. It’s a family tradition. PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINAL HOT SAUCE BACK!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called them after several times of one of their stores messing up because the phone never being answered at said store, and 3 weeks later still no call back I will never spend another dollar at your stores since customer service is not important

My family came to Cheyenne Wyoming to visit family and we wanted to stop at taco John’s off college drive in Cheyenne. The service and food was great as always. We would love to have a taco John’s where we live in Sulphur springs Texas.

Just close the EDGERTON WI location! They advertise they are open until 10pm but they always refuse to serve people as early as 6pm. The employees just start closing whenever they want and it is very frustrating driving off a highway and deciding to try taco John’s. We have tried to stop here 3 times in 6 months every time the employees are fighting in the back room and yelling that they are closed. You should pull this franchise!
