I routinely can't finish games with my friends because my internet will cutout so often and reliably we don't even try anymore. Please avoid spectrum if you can, I have called and complained through the years, tried new equipment and it's always the same overpriced and awful quality connection, not to mention the instant throttling of internet speeds when you try to download games or stream video

The people in this store are nice. But if your old phone doesn't turn on and you need to transfer all your information to a new phone, they don't know how to help. In fact, after today's visit, we made backwards progress.

I came in with a lot of needs- switching over my mobile service, adding an additional mobile line, adding home phone service, amd upgrading my internet. Grant helped me get all of this done and was incredibly patient. I am not tech savvy in any way and Grant was awesome to work with, very patient in helping me get my account in order.

I had spectrum for a year and i swear to God! that maybe 45% of the time my internet was working.NEVER I REPEAT NEVER! would it stay connected for more than 2 hrs and by the grace of God every once in a while it would stay on for 24hrs. Listen to me! this is the worst internet you could get in cheyenne. oddly enough the first 4 days were great but after that, it went down hill FAST

Mario and DJ came out to install equipment and a line for us. It was an overnight service call and they came first thing in the morning and worked very efficiently and they both were SO personable. They were wonderful and easy to work with. Absolutely will recommend spectrum and their services and techs to friends and family!

Aubrey solved all of my phone issues last Saturday in a relaxed manner. It was the best phone shopping I have ever experienced. I appreciated his friendly, professional attitude. He completed a perfect transfer of all "my stuff" to the new phone. Thanks Aubrey.

Paid bill in full closed out account. Tried to go online to see a zero balance could not cause the account was closed. Asked for a copy, I received said copy and got a bill for said copy. Anything to make a little more money out of the consumer. Spectrum was such a hassle

They had an employee at each station and they were polite. Got in and out quickly.

There was a few people in front of me when I arrived but after a short 10 minute wait I was greeted and had all my services up and going in no time. Staff were friendly and chatty. Good experience all around.
