Tire tech Daniel of Rocky Mountain Truck came out to address two failed trailer tires on 10/13/24 of a recently loaded trailer I was to hook and pull from Church & Dwight. Daniel demonstrated knowledge and care and took his time in addressing issues associated with the issue. I am sure that my employer, Crete Carrier, will utilize Rocky Mountain out of the Little America location again as needed.

these guys are scammers!!! do not recommend it . they charge me 2000 and didn't replace the part !! stay away from this shop. they talk like a pro over the phone but in reality they are bunch of thieves ❌❌

Warning!!! They charged me 700$ for 10 miles towing! For changing the hose they charged me 900$ which even wasn't changed and beside they cheated me as if they changed some other part, they were working for half hour on my truck and charged me for 4 hours 740$,after their work the truck stopped 5 times, I called them and they paid no attention to me, I warn everybody, don't go to them- they are big cheaters!!!
They charged me 1800$ for nothing beside towing!

Jeff Rebel went above and beyond. Couldn't get any help in Casper, WY with mobile mechanics. Went to Cheyenne and the problem was fixed in an hour. Great business and very professional, they made the extra effort. Once again, thank you Jeff!

Them…. Them… them…. They are best people in the town.. they know what they dealing with.. steve and jeff they are great . They not gonna rip you off.. they are not like other shops just filling their pockets… will resolve your issue for sure nd will do their best to put you back on road…??

We were in town for a sporting event and got a flat Tire. We pulled over at the shop and Matt helped us get our spare on. It was late and he was so kind and helpful. He didn’t even charge us! Excellent customer service.

Definitely would recommend them. mechanic temporally fix my truck on the road to get me back to their shop and handle the rest from and I was back on the road in no time

These guys know their stuff. Mechanic came out to me and quick fixed my truck enough for me to drive to their shop to have my truck fixed and saved me money from a tow. 2 hours later I'm back on the road again to make my delivery. I can't say enough good about these people! I had an emergency problem today on my class A RV that I didn't know I had until I stopped for fuel at the adjacent travel center. In doing my walk around inspection I discovered that an exhaust band clamp had come loose and the muffler/exhaust pipe was hanging down and the exhaust was exiting in the engine bay. It was just before lunchtime, ugh. I walked next door to Rocky Mountain Truck Center and told the friendly gals at the desk about my problem. They said they were a bit busy at the moment with only one tech but they should have another tech back around 12:30. I was grateful they could have someone look at it that soon. By 12:40 I was backed into a bay and the technician Riley came out to take a look. He was professional, thorough and skilled and had a great attitude. He went right to work and refastened the band clamp. In the process he discovered the causal problem was a broken muffler mount that had allowed the weight of the muffler to pull on the band clamp. He offered to weld the mount to fix the problem properly. Riley did everything with utmost professionalism and by 1:30 I was all fixed up and ready for the road again. Thanks to their prompt and professional service my trip did not get majorly interrupted and only slightly delayed. The cost was very reasonable. We will still cover the 800 miles we had planned for today. Thank you Riley and the Rocky Mountain crew :-)!

Requested service at 5 pm and was told it would be approximately an hour. After multiple follow-up calls, the driver showed up at 10:30 pm to an RV park after quiet hours. He was nice enough but after speaking to the manufacturer found that he gave us the incorrect diagnosis. He wanted to return the next day for further diagnostics that we're not necessary. I left multiple messages for the supervisor and received a hefty bill but I'm still waiting for a call back. Definitely don't recommend

Stay away this is predatory for the charges had fuel filters clogged pulled over for a good 4 hours to have them come to swap the filters thinking it wouldn't be a big deal ( if I knew it was going to be 7 times more on the value of 1 filter but having to change 2 making it 14 times more expensive I would have called a uber to get into town to grab it) but i was stuck thinking there some sort of humanity in doing the job not lynce truckers on call out , labor to drive a deposit not able to get full scoop of full estimate cause they can only ask for deposit up front that should have been the red flag right there nah first and last a 80 mile round trip for having 2 filters swapped shouldn't be +$1200 be better provide the service and be fair on prices like for the deposit the travel round was 80 but for deposit was paid for it them I see on the final bill the same charge so i had 80 miles ok so why you charge 160 miles and knock on tax on a deposit and the final
