“I’m a veteran. I have had two units here. Some water came in a foot. The other perfect. However I came from two other storage places. And these places. Outlets and lights. A few times gates open but when I called the knew of it stuck open. They have a live on full time person. People are super nice but straightforward. Not one issue. I get the deposit. But it says in their contract. So I got mine back. I have had to call many times with a confusion on my gate code and after getting ID stuff they got me my code. They call and say hey your card was denied. I forgot after canceling a lost card. They do courtesy stuff. I would suggest here without a doubt. They also caught in less than a day I messed up locking my unit. I locked it without it latched…. Called me. I had an issue with a lock. They offered to cut it off too. Awesome attention to needs. I love their 24/7 availability.”
