DO NOT BUY a car from here unless you're willing to buy a hunk of junk and then have to spend thousands of dollars on getting it repaired. Only to have Patriots say we agreed to take the car as is except for it was a continual problem and was not listed on the Carfax provided (false advertising). With photographic proof that this has been a continual problem for but still was brushed off by the dealer. Hope this can save other people from making the same mistake. (Save your money and go to a place that takes care of their customers instead of caring about their bottom line).

The sales people are nice but the vehicle was a lemon. Thank you for nothing Patriot Auto. It’s hard to trust anyone, especially for their word these days. We bought a vehicle for our son, didn’t need anything fancy but didn’t need a lemon or a wallet breaker either. The SUV we purchased has been in the shop 4 times since we bought it 1 month ago. We dumped an extra $2000 and now we have to say “drive it till it blows up” because there’s no more funds to pull from.
I’ll never buy from this place again and I’ll definitely make it known where we purchased our “Lemon”

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler, months later it got over heated, come to find out the gasket bloow. After a few estimates. This car had a gasket seal already replaced before. Dealer of the Chrysler recommended a new engine at 13,000. Bank states car is not worth that alone. I still owe 10,000 and am forced to pay unable to get a loan on top that to fix. And car dealer refused to replace with another car. What to do???

I'M A REPEATED CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE TOP NOTCH ? 100 ? PERCENT. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY THEY ASK WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE, NOT THERES LIKE OTHER CAR COMPANIES DO. I TRULY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A CAR OR TRUCK GIVE PATRIOT AUTOS A CHANCE THEY ARE TRUE PATRIOTS.

Ty Landon for an awesome experience coming from Indiana to pick up the kind of truck I've always wanted. First time buying out of state. As of now we're almost home after 16hr drive and have had no issues. Quick response, I put the deposit down and he held it for Over a week since we had to travel on plane. Appreciate your business!

Patriot Auto?
Not a patriot at all in my opinion. I had been in recent car wreck. Had major brain fog due to a concussion. I had a mechanic friend who called ahead because he was friends with the owner. He said listen she needs a good truck. She’s a single mom & doesn’t have anyone to go with her. He had told him about the wreck & my condition. He said send her up & yeah, we will take care of her. I’m not typically good at these things even without a concussion.
When I arrived, everyone was friendly. Found the truck I loved they were unwilling to come down on price. I ended up putting the last of my money down to get payments where I needed them to be. Bought the extended warranty to make sure that I was covered down the road. Left & went to go put diesel in. The fuel nozzle was busted. You had to push the middle circular thing to the side to even get the nozzle in. Took the truck home, left to go get dinner that evening. The airlift system was acting up. Easter/the next morning saw fluid under the rear tire. I sent pictures and told them what was going on both days. Monday I called and sent messages. I did not hear a word back other than let me talk to the owner and I’ll get back to you. Had my mechanic come over and there were several codes that came up. The wheel seal, and several having to do with the EGR. My mechanic doesn’t work with warranty, so I took it into a local shop. $4250 worth of repairs needed. I had them call this almighty warranty, and they said it was all pre-existing. They would not cover anything. I ended up having my mechanic do all the work which saved me a little bit of money. Still had to pay for the diagnostics to be done. I have reached out to Jeff several times finally talked to him. He said he may give me $300 to $500 towards repair. Still nothing June 16th. These guys know exactly what was wrong with it. Sold it to me anyways knowing that I was a single mom, that lived paycheck to paycheck & had a concussion. Stay clear of these guys. They are not patriots because we don’t treat people like that.

this is by far the best used car dealership in Cheyenne they are extremely respectfulk, understanding, and patient. Landon helped me find a reliable newer car in my price range worked with me on the situation helped me through the entire process and responded to questions quickly and with ease, patriot auto sales pays attention to detail on all of their vehicles making sure they are clean and in the best possible condition. they are not pushy about vehicles or financing options I would definitely recommend Landon or anyone from them I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good stock. Process laborious and a fail.
Follow up: Was able to return to center and purchase vehicle. I believe my trade-in was somewhat undervalued but am satisfied with end result. Caveat Emptor!! Took truck to dealer to have windshield washer looked at. They found the HVAC on vehicle not working $1200. Oil Panl leaking and missing bolts $1400. Valve cover gasket leak $500. My fault for not having vehicle checked out throughly. Just saying..

Buyers beware! This is your typical used car lot. They buy vehicles from auction or dealerships that cannot sell and they DO NOT have a mechanic look at the vehicles first. No matter what they tell you, these vehicles are not worked on, fixed, or looked at. They do this for their own benefit so that they do not have to tell you what is wrong with the vehicle (because they don’t know right). We bought a 2011 Jeep Cherokee Laredo for 13,500. This vehicle has 123,000 miles on it. We had this vehicle for two weeks before it died on the highway leaving us to stroll onto an emergency pull off. The entire computer system was shot. Shot our battery, alternator, and we needed a new ECM. That was 3k to fix. We went into our mechanic officially 1 month after buying this vehicle and now we need another $3,400 worth of repairs. And yes, we got a second opinion. At this point, we will be putting in over half of what we paid for this vehicle, driving the total price of this vehicle up over 20 grand. This vehicle is not worth 20 grand. This wasn’t even worth 13. I am extremely amazed this place can stay in business when it is basically a middle man. They don’t sell you anything you can privately buy or find at an auction for much cheaper. They do not maintenance their vehicles (even as little as an oil change) and they are extremely dishonest with what they are providing. You are buying as is here, so make sure you bring a mechanic with you to look or as to take the car to a mechanic before signing the papers (which they will tell you no). If in need of a vehicle, please look elsewhere. I have attached our receipt from the ECM issue (not including emergency towing to save our lives on the side of the road in a construction zone). I have also attached our new estimate for further maintenance that had not been provided by this “dealership.”
Edit: as of April 2024 we are now $10,000 into a vehicle that was $12,000 from this place!
