“Cheyenne Grease Monkey was there when i needed it. I knew my brakes were failing and wanted the car checked. GM tole the rear brakes were going and needed replacement. They were clear it would be a few hours to get parts for my older BMW. I couldn't spare the time but really appreciated their honesty and clarity about how long to get parts and that i still had enough brakes to make it till i did have a few hours and could get the parts to arrive before i did. Still got an oil change. Thx GM.”

However the updates and keeping me informed of the status as well as just the welcoming personalities of the two at the front made this a pleasant experience. “Been going here for years. New mechanic had my car for 2 days to fix a problem ..went to pick it up. Still had the problem charged me 350 and said get on the schedule to bring it back. Head mechanic called me and did everthing to make things right. Appreciate them going the extra mile.”
