Great customer service and support. A bit close to the road for parking, so be careful pulling out.

Got some of the best prices on decent windshield wiper blades here... Although overpriced, still better than EVERYWHERE in the whole town as far as I've found... And my new Napa blade are just dreamy. The service provided was top notch as always at Napa auto.

This place is such a joke, if you want the right parts from napa buy from pine bluffs or wheatland not here they play games saying they have something then they don't also the price will change from over the phone to actual in person by a lot

Crap parts and crap owners don't even bother here they don't honor their own warranty, Glen is the owner and enjoys ripping people off

Employees are very polite and extremely helpful. I’m painting a car for the first time and a man with the name rich gave me a whole bunch of helpful info on what to do.

The napa guys are awesome. They are knowledgeable and will help hunt down hard to find parts. They are an actual auto parts store- however napa parts are junk- every part I have bought that has a napa name has not lasted- my premium napa starter sucks in the winter- the master cylinder I bought less than 2 years ago needs replaced- list keeps going- autozones parts last longer

I wish I didn't have to give them even one star but oh well. The guys in here are simply rude and lazy. We went in because our napa brand started broke three months after we got it. Napa products are covered by warranty. These guys refused to replace it or be of any help. So instead of getting it (rightfully) replaced 5 minutes from our house, we had to drive down to Wellington. And guess what happened there? We were in and out in less than 5 minutes with a brand new starter. Don't waste your time with these guys. They just don't care.

I wasn't going to say anything, but the more I think about it the more it irritates me.I was driving across WY today. Need an oil change when I get back to IN. Oil is a bit hard to find right now, at least what I'm using. Saw they had some in Laramie and Cheyenne. Turns out Laramie didn't have it and couldn't get it. Wasn't sure I could make Cheyenne, but i did. They had it and were nice and friendly. When he rang it up it came to a lot less than it had in Laramie. I asked about it, twice. He assured me it was correct, that it was on sale. It saved me some money. Right now that's no small thing. So I decided to but another 3 gallons for my next change. Give them my business. He scanned the second batch. It rang up correctly this time. He messed up. He got it wrong. Now, maybe I'm old school. I go back almost 40 years in customer service. They were wrong, they should have made it right.I could have just walked out, it was in my rights to do so. I didn't. I could have not purchased the second 3 jugs. I did. My opinion, the second 3 hadn't been rung up, they don't apply. But the first 3 should have been left alone. I would have said to charge me the difference, again, old school. But they didn't. The attitude changed. It was Iike I did it deliberately. They were charging full price including the difference on the other. Most businesses would at the very least offer something to make it right. Split the difference or something. I questioned this. Was told that if I didn't pay the difference I was not an upstanding citizen. I did nothing wrong and then had to stand there and be insulted by these kids.Again, I would have insisted on paying what it was worth. But it would have been nice for then to offer something to make the situation right. Insults did not do this. I only had money for 3 gallons. I ended up buying 6. To do the right thing. Now I get to go without something. Will this help anyone, probably not. Just be aware. They may act nice but they could care less about you, the customer. I use 12.5 qts of oil per change. I change my oil twice a month. I drive thru Cheyenne 4-5 times a month. I won't be back.
