I've tried multiple nail places here in Cheyenne and always leave unsatisfied. I am LOVING the customer service and the results of Nails Central LLC! They are incredible! After 3 years I finally found my nail place!

Overall a fair place to get your nails done, but the atmosphere and attitude of the manicurist isn’t up to my standards or expectations. The services are adequate but you don’t get what you ask for. I expect a quiet spa like environment but it’s a bit hectic and noisy. Not relaxing at all. The fees are high for Cheyenne prices comparatively and when you push back on what you get versus what you pay for you’re met with an insulting somewhat condescending tone. But in a way that makes it your fault for not liking what you get, even if you show a picture of what you want…Cheyenne is so limited on good service. I guess it’s time to drive to Colorado for a good nail job!!First photo is what I asked for, second is what I got. Was told it’s the lighting in the photo. I asked for neutral, got ‘pink natural’. Again, not what I asked for. Tea offered to change it, but in a way that was off putting.Services: Nail extensions

I am new to town and after reading reviews and looking at pictures decided to try this salon and I am so glad I did ! I took my husband who has never had a pedicure in because his feet were in bad shape and got myself a dip manicure. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever been too. Bobby and T were so friendly and so good at their job. Easily the best manicure I have ever received in my life. Thank you so much I will be back again !!Services: Foot massages

Daughter had her nails done by the manager there and it was horrible. Every nail was crooked, it was clumped and didn’t go all the way down. She refused to give a refund and was very rude and argumentative .It looked like my 3 year old grandson did it but he would’ve done a better job. A total waste of $75. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here.

They were amazing! First time getting my nails done and the nails turned out beautiful! The lady who did my nails was very nice and gave lots of tips for me since it was my first time getting my nails done ever. She was also very helpful as I had troubles getting my card out of my wallet because of having nails on for the first time lol. I wanted to get my nails done one day so I just went after work and walked in without an appointment. Tom was the one who did my full set and he got me right into his chair and was done super quick! He did exactly what I asked for! I will be going back for a fill!

75 dollars I spent on this set today because it is marble and she did hearts on the ring fingers. I will not return or recommend. She did an unwanted design I had her put remove. She was friendly but things were rushed and I felt like because I had her remove the design, I was uncomfortable telling her the rest looked bad too. T and Bobby have been doing my nails for a LONG time!!! They are the sweetest people. They have such huge hearts and really care about their customers. I go religiously twice a month. T always has beautiful ideas and creates such unique designs! I have NEVER had a problem! And I have always loved my nails and the environment! T is amazing! I’ve been coming to Nails Central for a year now and it’s definitely the best nail place I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot, in multiple states)! T and the younger gentleman with the tattoos (I feel bad I don’t know his name!) are incredible with acrylics! I used to get my nails done here often, the lady that runs the place is very nice her name is T and I haven't been in for a while but I came back and got my nails done I just wanted something simple almond shape with a natural color and T did not do it. She had some young man do it and I have had severe pain in my ring fingernail and my middle finger For 2 days now the shape is ugly just everything about them is ugly. I will no longer go there didn't even do any kind of cuticle trim or any thing. Just buffed and glued on the tip 1 thin thin layer acrylic.
