Nam did a phenomenal job. I gave her free rain on my nails with a couple stipulations. She did an amazing job. She gives you the full acrylic and manicure experience with cuticle care massage and hot towel. Highly recommend.

Techs were great and did a wonderful job; however, was so taken off guard when we had paid for a $160 service only to be asked "no tip?". We were fully planning on tipping in the first place thought was extremely rude and uncalled for. Tipping is not a requirement and if they are worried about that maybe they should add in gratuity. Again techs were great but asking for a tip really was a turn off.

ZEROOOOO!0000 but I had to put 1 star. I need to alert ppl out there!!! this place is the worst!! the worst massage I've had in my life i was left with bruises on my legs and back but couldn't take pics of my back. I kept telling the lady to lighten up on the pressure, she kept ignoring me. I was hoping she would do better every time and nothingI hope ppl make sure they do a better research than me! i don't even think they're licensed but for sure they don't know how to massage. They are very unprofessional, the 2 supposedly "therapist" were coming in n out of the room and talking at the same time As they switched in between. I purchased a 90 min, One lady gave me 60 min. the another gave me the last 30 mins and they still didn't massage my feet I told them how bad it was and they sent a man to collect the money as if I wasn't gonna pay them and they still had the nerve to be rude. WORST PLACE OUT THERE!!!

My nails came out amazing! I have never been to a place where they take their time and makes sure it looks good! She even cleaned up my cuticles! Everyone was so friendly as well. I'm so glad I found this place! This will be my new go to nail salon for sure!

The princess pedicure was the most relaxing experience. They give a full 15 minute leg/foot massage while you’re wrapped in a soft blanket and give you an eye mask. Amazing quality definitely only getting pedicures there from now on!

I’ve come here off an on over the years but today I just have to give and absolute RAVE for this team. I have really ugly bitten nails and keeping up appointments is hard and expensive, but the Nam team put so much detail into shaping them just right. I can’t even tell that my
Nails are dipped, usually they are so chunky and uneven but the lady (I forgot to ask her name) took so much time making them thin and beautiful.

We made an appointment for four pedicures. They were ready for use when we got there. We showed up a few minutes late due to bad roads in Douglas and they were kind and understanding. My daughter is special needs and they were very patient with her. She had never had gel before and we had to spend a few minutes explaining to keep her feet flat and it didn't bother them at all. We will be back!

Well I have been looking around town for another nail salon and wanted to check out this one . Didn't want nothing fancy just a French white tip short square the sides of my fingers are hurting cause she has the nail file rubbing against my skin all my nails are uneven the white tips are uneven just a bad first experience. Did contact them and told them I'm not happy at all said they were going to fix them tomorrow so we shall see

I absolutely recommend this family run and owned business Jenny is who did my nails and I can tell u I am very happy and pleased with the work she did.. I had a pedicure which was equally amazing got my ingrown toenails and very nice leg massage which truly felt like 10 pounds of tension raised from my legs Absolutely amazed ? definitely will be returning for future visits ? very reasonable prices as well... very happy and satisfied with my visit.
