Bought a UTV from Mariom at Lowes and we had to make 4 additional returns to the store because she had not completed any type of checklist. She said she would mail a local title to us, and I had to go back to get that because she didn't. She didn't tell us she needed to fill out a sales and use tax form. Get this woman some training for heaven sake or at least a checklist of the process she needs to complete. I won't be back for anything. You have forced all future business to Menards or Home Depot

As a shareholder in Lowes I find the reviews of the Cheyenne store to be deplorable. I admit that I tend to go to Menards most often because of the convenience and the 11% rebate. I have experienced the refusal to answer the phone at Lowes as well. The issues revealed in the reviews suggest a major problem with management of the store. It sounds as if it is past time for a change!

I bought a riding lawn mower Sunday morning. Took 3 associates and 2 phone calls to get delivery set up for Tuesday. Told would get a confirmation call Monday on time if delivery on Tuesday. By 5:00 pm no call .I contacted store was told the delivery service would call after 6. No call by 8. Called store again . Was told my mower was in Loveland would be delivered on Wednesday. NO NO I was not told this at time of purchase. Had 2 models in store why am I getting one from Loveland. Response was he didn't know he didn't do transaction. Told gentleman that was BS. I bought a mower to be delivered on Tuesday. His reply yea yea .I informed him don't yea yea me . Associate said I could call Loveland store and find out where my mower was. Told him not my job, to find my mower, he could call, he then said he would call and let me know. While waiting for his call, I called another home improvement store in town. found mower. So at 9pm I'm on way to Lowe's same Associate called to inform me my mower was in Loveland and would be delivered Wednesday. Nope I'm on my way to get a refund. Lowe's is hit or miss on customer service before sale. After sale they have no customer service.

Bought a $2,000 Samsung stove from here less than 60 days ago, knob was kind of loose on it and it ended up having some type of electrical issue, it make a loud pop and smoke came out of the knob, I contacted Lowe's and they basically said "sorry, nothing we can do about it". Will not purchase any more appliances through them. Home Depot will actually back their products.

Ordered a washer and dryer. It was delayed for pick up. No one answered calls had to go into the store multiple times to see if my order had a arrived. Promises to call me when it did never happened. Finally when it did arrive and we went to pick up not all items had arrived. Stacking kit was gonna be another week for arrival. Had to drive all the way to Longmont to get kit. Customer service was no existent.

If I had the option of giving this place no stars, that would be my rating. I ordered on line for curbside pickup, was notified by email my order was ready, drove to the store and called and called and called and called the number that was posted for pickup. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang, but no one ever answered it for 30 minutes. Then looked up the corporate help number and called. The first person I spoke with told me to call the same number I had been calling. Thinking the rep may have notified the store to answer the phone, I called the number yet again. No answer after 3 tries. Called corporate again. This time the rep told me my order would be right out, It was out in about 5 minutes. Customer service at Lowe's appears to be a joke.

Staff were wearing masks mostly although one guy had it below his nose. The service was awful. We waited a long time to get help and one guy tried but didn't know anything about the area. Another guy in paints was so unhelpful. He acted like he really could t be bothered. The check out lady was nice. Seems they are pumping lazy gas into the place.

Failed to deliver part of a $3K Vinyl Fence order and damaged part of what was delivered. When called on it failed to deliver missing critical parts for days even though it was on hand.

Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. Employees were literally sitting on their phones and had to be approached for any sort of service. Their typical line is "if it's not there we don't have it." Completely disappointed in employees efforts to assist customers and the store is a complete mess.

I placed an order online. When I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up we drove 100 miles to pick it up. Once at the store the staff couldn't find my order of 16 6' by 8' privacy fence panels and posts. Thirty minutes or so after getting to the store my order was finally located. After waiting an additional thirty minutes I cancelled my order and went to Menards. They provided excellent customer service.

Ordered a dryer from the Cheyenne Lowe's online. I needed the dryer quickly as my old one just gave out after 17 long years of service. Ordered a dryer that the site said was in stock and could be delivered within six days. Apparently the dryer I ordered was not in stock and so the entire order was kicked to the Loveland Lowe's which does not deliver to Cheyenne or inform customers of that fact. I never once received a call from either of these stores concerning my dryer that was constantly pending on my checking account for almost a month without any attempt to deliver (even though I waited around for eight hours on two seperate dates for a deliveries that never occured). Lowe's Loveland basically complained that they could not deliver while Lowe's Cheyenne was impossible to contact. When I was able to contact them, I was polite and explained the situation. Employees would transfer me to nowhere and eventually just hung up on me. Finally, cancelled the order and went to Home Depot.
