The card readers outside almost never work, the drinks are often unrefrigerated, and now the non-high octane gas is out of order. The worst gas station in town

I try to avoid posting negative reviews, because everybody has bad days, but I had my day ruined yesterday over something that really shouldn't have been an issue.I have lived 4 blocks from this location for over 30 years and patronized this establishment since it was called Mini Mart. Yesterday, I experience the rudest customer interaction I have ever had in my life (at any establishment) at the hands of a so-called "manager" (whose name was probably Karen). I have a ten-year-old dog that follows me everywhere and is very well-behaved. She sits outside and waits for me, and doesn't bother anybody. She has done this for ten years, and yesterday she was sitting on the plastic water bottles outside while I went inside to grab some frozen pizza for dinner.A woman who was not wearing any uniform accosted me in the store while I was holding my groceries. I was super confused because she didn't identify herself as an employee or a manager and just started berating me for my dog sitting there. I asked if she wanted water or something (because I could've easily helped with that). I had to ask if she worked there to figure out if she was just some rude person who doesn't like dogs. At no point did she politely ask me to move the dog, she simply used an accusatory tone to imply that for some reason this was a huge problem--when nobody had complained? She never said "please" or "thank you," though I was sure to thank her after informing her I would not be shopping there again.Nobody--not a customer, not an employee--nobody has ever said anything about this in the ten years my dog has been alive. This woman was absolutely rude to the point that I just put my goods on the counter and walked out.It could have at least been a polite interaction but apparently that's not how they do things anymore. She also could've just let me get my pizza that was already in my hand and leave. So the manager doesn't care about losing the sale or losing the customer, and is rude by default? Even if I was in the wrong, there were many better ways to go about this.I would like to emphasize that other employees here have always been nice and complimented me on how well-behaved my dog is, and practiced decent customer service otherwise, at least in my estimation. It is unfortunate to have a person in a management position that apparently has no desire to retain loyal customers or at least avoid having direct conflicts with them as a first impression.

$1 for a 30 oz soda is a deal.

Probably the worst gas station in Cheyenne. Always out of items on shelves and always out of certain types of smokes. Coolers are broken so you get warm drinks, soda fountain cups are always unstocked or out of inventory, ice inventory is a constant issue. Pick your poison of problems and it's sure they have it.

Good assortment. Fountain sodas up to 32oz for $0.99, but milk expensive ($3.99).

My coworker and I walk at lunch and go to get soda's there everyday 5 days a week. Today 9/24/19 we went and were not aware the prices had increased on soda's (we had the amount of money that the sodas have been all summer). The cashier was rude and just turned us away. What good does it do a customer to be a "loyal" customer when your treated like that. WON'T BE BACK

I went in at 4:30 PM on Monday April 29th '19 to get a fountain soda. I had a lot of change so I thought I'd just use it to pay the $1.69 for a 44oz. The cashier was rude to me from the moment I got to her counter, ignored my friendly greeting while she finished counting money into her drawer. I waited patiently and politely tried to start over with my greeting when she looked up at me. She again ignored it and entered my drink into her register. Told me the total and when I pulled out my change to pay for it she scoffed and started to say something but twice stopped herself like she was speechless. I had about 0.45 in pennies. They were clean and I had planned to count them out for her but she rolled her eyes to the ceiling and let out "whatever I'll just figure out- I've got it". . . I honestly feel like she assumed I homeless and that maybe she treated me accordingly. It was snowing so everyone was wearing big coats anyway. I left the drinks toyal on the counter and said "have a good day". She ignored me while she voided my transaction as if she didn't feel like my change wasn't good enough or maybe she just didn't feel like counting it. She wasn't busy. I was the only one in the store at that point. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
