Very rude and disrespectful employees, all they do is sit outside and smoke and chat with each other. If you want to deal with unwelcoming and miserable people I’d say come here. My family has had many bad experiences at this loaf n jug location, I will never come back to this loaf n jug.

Haven't been to this store in a while, stopped to get candy for my grand children.. lady was super rude,.. asked how she was just looked at me, didn't talk other than to tell me the total and tossed my change in my hand.. older Mexican lady.. won't be back

The only loaf n jug I'll go to in cheyenne! The staff is so friendly especially the lady who works night shifts she's amazing!!

Tried to call, phone number is to a phone not in service. Called another store for the phone number and got the same number that no longer works.

Today I went into the store and said hello twice and the young man did not respond. I am a black man and I told him it would he nice to respond if someone says hello. He told me to never return to "his" store and if I did he would call the cops and you know what will happen then. Weaponizing the police in an attempt to have a black man harmed when there is no sign of aggression is illegal. I am filing a report with the Cheyenne Police dept and going to the city council to file a complaint. I will also post this on the better business bureau website.

Horribly disgusting. Filthy and empty coffee pots except for one. Broken down equipment. Trash and boxes on floor being kicked around by customers, while staff watched.

First off, it's just a terrible stop anyway because everyone from Colorado comes there. Second, one guy that works there is a very cool person and very nice. Everyone else is stuck up and unhelpful with anything. The store is a disaster, they are out of everything, and the gas prices are higher than everywhere else. Literally 20 cents more than the maverick across the street. Today was the final straw. I made a special trip there to get njoy pods because they usually have those. Cashier refused to sell to me because my wife was standing next to me and didn't have her ID. In no way do either of us look under 35. I understand that is their policy, but they just lost two customers that are there every day despite all the other issues.

The drink machines are never cleaned and the icee machine hasn't worked since last February. If you are going to have a machine then have it work or get rid of it

By far my favorite corner store. Friendly employees always, clean store, and the right ratio of carbonation to syrup in their fountain drinks... Which is very important if you don't like over carbonated drinks that taste like it's not sweet.
