Have never had an issue with the staff in either the vehicle title nor the vehicle registration offices in Cheyenne. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable individuals process and complete the required documentation needed in a short time. If there is any disputed or missing part of the documentation or items needed, the person will explain and provide the process to correct any issue. The line is normally just a few people, but if excessive...proceeds rather quickly in regard to expected wait time.
I never dread the need to visit their offices, and Laramie County rates #1in comparison to every DMV that I have ever needed to visit for simular services

Fast, friendly Laramie county government office. Got my tag renewed. Didn't have my insurance card with me, so the clerk allowed me to call my insurance company and they faxed over my proof of insurance!

I was in and out of this DMV faster than any other DMV I've ever been to. What usually is an all day event took less than 15min and that's with waiting in the incorrect line first. I loved that the staff was also very nice and friendly.

The worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero, I would have. They screwed up my registration paper and lack any empathy for their mistake.
