I've had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy! I moved to Colorado last year, and I have yet to find a pharmacy that is even remotely comparable to this one.Special Thanks to Melinda, Tristan, and Colby for always having such positive/caring attitudes, personable conversations, and always willing to go above and beyond for your customers/patients--You are all appreciated!!!

They had the opportunity today to make a really good impression. They unfortunately did the exact opposite. Buckle up, this one is gonna be long !! Whoever the lady pharmacist is, she is extremely rude. Acts so inconvenienced to be helping people. That’s strike one. I have two very sick toddlers, been up all night with them both! prescriptions were sent to not only one wrong pharmacy, but two! would’ve just dealt with that, except walmart (dell range) was out of the antibiotic needed for my daughter. Decided to have King Soopers call to have them transfer all prescriptions to them. Super simple. Son’s prescription wasn’t found. meanwhile I am calling all these pharmacies plus the doctor trying to figure out what is going on, found out son’s meds were sent to walmart livingston!! So called king soopers again to have them get that transferred over as well and apologized saying, “I am so sorry I don’t know how the heck this happened!” and that rude pharmacist took a pretty snotty tone and said “um, because YOU told them to send them to walmart…”That’s when I had had enough. The dr was told King Soopers. The mistake was not mine but I am left to fix the whole thing! They then proceeded to call me and tell me that when trying to get son’s meds transferred, they said the dr had called and canceled the entire prescription and that I would need to call dr to have it resubmitted. Hopefully you’re starting to feel some of the frustration I have felt throughout this entire mess.Ended up making kids appt with urgent care to re do the whole appointment and get new meds… That went well she sent everything over to KS that I would need, went to pick it up and then they claim THERE IS NO ANTIBIOTIC HERE FOR YOUR SON. ?I didn’t argue, called the doctor from urgent care who reassured me she sent both meds at the same exact time and even stated that “they must really not like you!”So she sent it again.All of this, for simply trying to get medication for my children to feel better.Not an ounce of empathy, extremely rude, sarcastic and stuck-up attitude. I’ve see her have the same attitude towards other customers as well. She needs to go. THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.If you made it all the way to the end- thanks for reading! I am exhausted and so burnt out from dealing with this whole mess I have never once had this much trouble getting meds for my kids before. Just insane!

King Soopers is a hidden gem. From they're exquisite Cheeses like Murray's Brie, always fresh and so creamy. Olive bar, Sushi, homemade salads. Prices are great as well. And the Pharmacy Staff is Magnificent. Always happy to help.

I went in at 5:50 PM to the deli and wanted to get their 12 piece meal deal. All they had to offer was mashed potatoes and gravy. I asked the clerk if they be making new mac & cheese or if they had more coleslaw in the back the response to me was nope, I asked if they would make fresh mac & cheese again nope, so I just got the chicken. The chicken was drying up.I asked for the store manager, Told him what happened, and all I got was all talk to. I feel at 5:50 PM on a Saturday night at the deli section should be full of fresh side, options and chicken. That doesn't look like it's been fried twice. I'll be more than happy to go to Albertson's and worse Walmart together probably like insane shame on you King Soopers.

I used to be a huge, die hard Soopers fan. No store could compare on any level. Then the "pandemic" started, still prices weren't bad, about half way thru prices may have jumped 10 cents here and there. Then good ol chomo joe takes office. And we start getting raped. Willingly I might add. About 8 mos ago I asked a couple of your employees when the government was going to quit raising the prices. They informed me it was Kroger now. Price jumped from $2.79 to $3.fkn49!! Another employee said the other night you need more money.. it used to be a good thing to shop at your stores. Now it's stresses me out... Kroger can F**K OFF greedy punk human waste!!!

Twice now I have returned home missing some groceries. The chaos at checkout is such that who knows where everything goes? Is there some place where the left-behind (stashed-away) groceries go? I just think it's sad that I have to guard my wallet, try to make sure the checker uses my coupons, AND keep checking to make sure the groceries I have paid for end up in my cart before I leave the door. Oh, and about 50% of the time I have to bag the groceries myself. Oh, and I'm sure that King Soopers would prefer that I go through and do all the checking myself. Or maybe not, since they wouldn't have any left-behind groceries then. Yeah, I'm mad.

There are a few people that work in this pharmacy that care enough to know who you are, know your name, AND notice when something isn’t quite right with you. Thank you King Soopers Staff that was working around 2pm on 1/19/23 for your care, concern, and assistance! You know who you are!

Great store, great employees. great customer service, BUT, some dingbat dropped the ball in the pharmacy and for some reason did not have my medication in stock. How does that happen? Maybe incompetence? How do you allow your pharmacy to run out of a common medication for any reason? I will definitely not use the pharmacy for any reason ever again.
