Took my wedding ring here to sent off for a warranty repair and the girl working when I came to pick it up was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. Reminded me why we make the drive to loveland to buy and clean our jewelry. Would have loved to look at the new levian pieces but after just a few words with her We've decided we'll make the hour drive back to Loveland. If you don't like people please don't work in customer service.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I called on Dec.26th and spoke to a female manager and explained I received a gift for Christmas from my husband, but it came broken. It was ordered online she said no problem bring the receipt in you have until the end of January to do that. Great was going out of town so when we returned my husband brought it in today actually 1/10/24. The gentleman claimed to be the manager said they had no female manager, would not exchange the bracelet because a warranty was not purchased. Completely rude my husband called me to let me know and I could hear how rude he was about it. The Bracelet was delivered broken . I had never even worn it. Based on the way things were handled we willNever purchase from Kay jewelers BEWARE . Long story short got a refund which is not what I was looking to do. People should be on the same page if they work together and claim to be managers Don't bother responding to my review don't wanna hear any excuses for the lack of customer service you provide.

My wife got my wedding ring from here everybody there was so helpful to her and super kind and super informative. I’ve brought my wedding ring a few times since to be cleaned there and it always came back super shiny, looking better than it did brand new I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to Kay Jewelers for years now. The reason behind this decision to make this store my only go to place to shop for jewelry for myself, daughter, family, and friends is the pleasant experience and attentive professional customer service that I have received from Michael Eguizabal the manager. When Michael is not in the store Hayley helps take care of the custom orders that I make for my own personal jewelry because I am a big man. My first encounter in the store with Michael Eguizabal was my everlasting fulfillment of being treated properly. Michael and Hayley will both take care of you at the store and make you feel welcomed and not forced to buy jewelry that you may not want to truly purchase; unlike other stores. The experience is focused entirely on what jewelry pieces that you fall in absolute LOVE with, as it should be, because you’re ultimately the one wearing the jewelry everyday. Michael and Hayley both deserve a pay raise for their absolutely professional customer service and support as well as the vast knowledge they have given me on behalf of all of the jewelry pieces that I have purchased over the years.

I have had only the best customer service and experiences at this store. Especially with the store manager, Michael. He has definitely gone above and beyond to help me with my various ring situations and he always makes sure I'm satisfied with my purchases and services. He is very detailed oriented, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't express my gratitude more for his help and expertise. Will always be a customer.

Horrible, unprofessional customer service in Cheyenne, starting with their manager, Michael. He’s just about too lazy to even get up and come to the counter to assist and when he does, he has absolutely no customer service skills. He’s unprofessional, rude and acts like if you didn’t spend a significant amount of money on your piece, you’re not worth the time as a customer. When my piece came in from warranty, they called but didn’t leave a message and never tried to call back. When I called to check if it came in, he had a cocky attitude that I should have called them back sooner. Were they that hard up for a manager? I will never do business at the Cheyenne store again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
