I have been a patient of the dental clinic at HealthWorks (formerly Cheyenne Health and Wellness Center) for 5 years. 6 months ago, I broke a tooth. When I called for an appointment to be seen by the dentist, I was given an appointment for three months later. Three months with a sharp broken tooth!! In any other dental office that serves the community, I would have been see right away for an emergency visit. So I asked the receptionist to please put me on the cancellation list so I could get in sooner. I never got a call. You would think that SOMEONE would have cancelled or rescheduled their appointment in those three months. Before the day of my appointment, I had received a call two days prior to my appointment for a confirmation and I confirmed that I would be there for my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment and when I checked in with the receptionist, I was told that she didn't see me on the schedule. I asked to see the office manager. The office manager told me that the dentist was not there that day and no patients had been scheduled to see him. I did not receive any call from the scheduler before my appointment to reschedule this confirmed appointment. The office manager did manage to get me an appointment the next week to be seen. I went to that appointment and an X-ray of the broken tooth was taken. The dentist said I needed a crown and that was the end of the appointment. He did not smooth off the tooth to prevent it from cutting my cheek. When I went to see the receptionist to make the appointment for the crown, I was given an appointment for 4 months later. 4 MORE months with a broken tooth. This clinic's website says that they are committed to providing compassionate care with empathy and patients are given appointments in a timely manner. This is not the case and I do not understand why patients are treated this way by a medical and dental center who purports to be serving the Cheyenne community and gets millions of tax dollars from the State of Wyoming and the federal government to do so.

Thankful for the pharmacy as it's the only way I can afford my medicine. I have always had a pleasant experience with staff when I pick up my prescription.

Came in at 4:20pm on a Monday as the pharmacy staff walked out and closed early so now I will be without my meds until Thursday when I can get back in. Healthworks just gets worse month by month.

Wouldn't know what to do without them. Not only are they a great, fast, and an efficient pharmacy but the people are extremely nice. If you have no insurance they give you the medication at the lowest price possible and often free. They work hard for us and the community.

The staff is friendly . It's easy to get into when you need to be seen ASAP. They have a low cost pharmacy on sight. If you don't have insurance they have programs to help with you out .

Thank you Health Works and Megan Tobin DDS for making my crisis better. I am grateful that they responded to my emergency call. The pain was more than I could bear. I fractured one of my molars on Friday and they squeeze me in their busy schedule when no other dentist office was open on Friday.

I need to have some dental work done pretty badly, n couldn't afford a regular dentist, due to my income, n now I'm on my way to a healthier smile, that i can afford, due to their sliding fee scale. Thank you "Health Works".
