These guys lie about what’s wrong with your vehicle to get more money out of you. I’ve been here twice for service. Neither time was I satisfied. The first time they said a sensor was unplugged which I know was not true because I installed it the day before. Check engine light was back on the same day I picked it up. The next time they told me that a thermostat was gonna fix the check engine light when they were completely separate issues. A thermostat has nothing to do with the ignition/timing system. So they blatantly lied about what was wrong with my vehicle so I’d have to come back and pay the diagnosis fee again. Never going back here. They’re dishonest, can’t fix your car, and squeeze as much money as they can put of you.

Halladay Motors does an exceptional job in everything they do. Colt Anderson made our experience exceptional, he took plenty of time with me and explained all of the paperwork and the how everything in the car worked. He never makes you feel rushed and that you aren't his top priority. I really appreciate what a great job Halladay's does. I also love Halladay's commitment to the Cheyenne community. It doesn't get better than Halladay Motors and Halladay Subaru.

Easiest, Most transparent no-fluff car deal I have ever had!I simply inquired online about a GMC, and got a response from Vicki immediately. Joe Diaz called me back the next day to let me know what was inbound. I picked one, and put a deposit down. They kept me updated frequently and when it arrived, I traveled from the Denver Metro area. Joe Diaz and John Liljedahl had the paperwork ready to button up and I was on my way. I am still baffled by how simple this was. Highly recommend Halladay Auto Group! It should always be this easy.

***UPDATE****I was contacted almost immediately from the service department manager or service department general manager Jim and he said he wanted to make things right and give me $150 check. It is almost the end of September and Ive yet to receive anything. Im very disappointed in the service. Im so disappointed that I took my Acadia to grease monkey to get an oil change just to be treated and valued like a loyal customer with them. Again, the only top notch service I have had at this place is with CAMERON.-The only good thing about my experience this go around was Cameron in the service department. He is the best! He tries to accommodate his customers and is great with communicating with you. I had to wait from 6/13-7/20 for them to get one part in for my acadia. I didnt get a loaner vehicle until late July which I barely drove because the check engine light was on and the plates were expired. I wasnt offered a discount for the inconvenience or anything. I was originally told the turn around time was 3-4 days. It was difficult to get around especially having three small children. Cameron was the only one who seemed to care and was the only one apologetic. I give him 5 stars, but everything else -1. I give a lot of business to this dealership and I am disappointed to say the least. Apparently they had offered a $150 discount to my fiancé but that was not honored. Several months ago I had about 4K of work done to my vehicle and come there for all of my routine maintenanceI guess you could say that I expected more from them. I am thinking next time that I may go somewhere else locally or go to Colorado. I did express my gratitude to Camerons service manager for Camerons hard work, efforts to get my part in asap, and his customer service. I feel like GM doesnt really appreciate their customers, especially their loyal ones. Very disappointed. Thank you Cameron for advocating for me to the best of your ability. I appreciate you! Total spent almost $1300 for the thermostat to be replaced.

Let me tell you why I gave a 5 star review. It was a 1 star review prior to today. Everything was going well when I found a truck I was interested in. I did get passed from one sales person to another but that's no big deal. I went and drove the truck, I didn't argue about the price or give them any crap about anything related to the purchase of the truck. They took it thru their shop and detailed it too. So far, so good. I did request to 2 separate people that I wanted a full tank of fuel when I picked it up. I was assured that every vehicle leaves with a full tank. I got a call that it was ready to pick up so I went down and got it. I didn't look at the fuel gauge as I drove out, but when I did, I realised that the tank was literally empty. I stopped and put 80.00 worth of fuel in it. That one thing is the only thing I had asked for and I couldn't get that. I contacted them and the sales person said she would come and get it and fill it up or I could bring it back and they would fill it up. It didn't matter at that point. The real issue here is the communication between the detail guys who the sales person blamed, and the sales person. I guess I'm just tired of people passing blame to others. In my opinion, the sales person who knew I was coming to pick it up should have checked. Otherwise, everyone was professional.New ending! I received a call from 2 of the managers ar Halladay and they bent over backwards to make this right. I couldn't be happier that this is resolved. I love the truck and the follow up by the 2 managers is stellar. Nobody is perfect and no situation us perfect, but they made it right. I'm so happy about the resolution. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or pre owned vehicle.

I bought a used Ram 3500 with these folks. The management was great at making it an easy transaction and worked with me very well on ALL of my odd situations. From purchasing while 3 states away and holding it for me, to helping me out with a defect not covered by warranty after purchase.From the beginning, they made it seem like they truly wanted to help me out, not just make a sale.

You're taking my complaint seriously? I have the same contact info when I bought the car from you, have you lost all my contact info because I haven't gotten a call, text, email, DM, Facebook message, smoke signal, nothing from you or your company. This back and forth from you about how seriously you're taking this falls flat on your face. Instead of wasting time updating reviews, how about you act like an honorable business? Or is that too much to ask from you?
