I have a dandruf problem and sat down with my barber. I told him about the dandruf problem and he told me I had lice. It was just dandruf. He refused to cut my hair and the location on Vandeihei did no issue. I also checked my head before going to the other location and no lice.

Called one employee who said he’d move us down the line, but the woman at the desk was so mean and ugly about it. Saw her being grumpy to a kid before me in line so maybe I dodged a bullet

It’s been 14 years since I went to get a professional haircut. Nate was amazing, asked for him because of his great reviews and was not let down. Professional, friendly, and with a great eye to push me a little outside my comfort zone for a sick haircut. 10/10.

Went in yesterday with my son. After the stylist too my son back, I saw him thru the mirror and my son showing him the type of haircut he want on his phone. After that the stylist put one hand in his hair, my son said a couple flakes of left over hair spray came out. The stylist then refuse to cut his hair saying he had some kind of bacterial infection in his scalp, and tried to sell me a $20 dollar bottle of shampoo to clear it up. Nothing special about it other than their normal fancy products. I said ok took my son home he shower and we went to the doctor to get it checked out. Nothing is wrong with his scalp. So we return today. The same stylist goes to check us in asked if we go it cleared up said he got the product out of my sons hair and went to the doctor and there is nothing wrong with his scalp, but I didn’t want that stylist to touch my sons hair again. I then got told to leave and not come back. I asked to speak to the manager the stylist said they were the manager which I find odd considering my family goes there very regularly never had a problem with any other stylist and he is one of the newest ones there.

Went in there yesterday, they had my sons notes in the system, I give her a good tip and my sons hair is a complete mess, it was so uneven, the hair style he asked for didnt look like what he received, she didnt bend it in togetheror nothing it was already late and we are off.to our vacation so didnt have time to go back and wait in line ! .. truly sad how we all have to wait an extreme amount of time to get seen and then have the need to go home and shave my sons head bald because you couldn't do the 1 job you had .. spent over 25$ for a kids cut

Recently, I went here during a visit right after Fourth of July as I love to get my hair cut here and haven't found somewhere in Casper that does my hair right. These guys get it right every time. I had a wonderful experience with Nate and his care and expertise was above and beyond. Not only did he listen to what I wanted, but gave me options along the way so if I didn't wanna cut it so short it wouldn't be. I am very pleased and will def be back to have him cut my hair. Nice to see a man working in there. The ladies are wonderful too. A++++ service and worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.
Requested style: They save the notes of how you like it cut and I love this about great clips.
Stylist: Nate was perfect and so good at making me feel good and at ease and just was a fantastic stylist. I loved having him cut my hair and I've got nothing but compliments on it. I came from Casper and I'll def be back.

Worst customer service I've had in a long time.
I walked in, checked in, and was told it would be 80 minutes. Was never notified of upcoming appointment through text. So, I went back after 1:45 to see if I was close. They had no record of me checking in. I had the checkin texts though. Said I would be next. 4 people later, and I see I'm #18 and have another 1:20 wait. Said there was nothing she could do.

The little gal.that I finally had cut my hair was excellent. However, when I first checked in with no one else waiting, an older stylist told me she couldn't help me because she had someone coming in 15 minutes. I went and ate lunch then came back. While there, I overheard her telling a walk in that they don't do appointments. So, what is the truth in this particular store? Whatever suits them at the time? Passing thru while on a long trip so obviously won't be back, but the one stylist really made for a bad experience

Done with Great Clips. I have been coming here for years because I always got a good and consistent hair cut. However during my last 3 visits, even after having checked in before hand with the phone app, the same woman, left me sitting there for 20 minutes and even though I was the next person on the list took other people ahead of me. She'd stand there looking at me and yet blew me off. One time I could have chalked it up to a mistake, however not three. I don't know who she is, and have never met her, so I don't understand the behavior.
Each time checked in online two hours before hand. The actual ladies who cut my hair did a great job, but I don't understand what this stylist's issue is with me. Not going back. Lousy customer service, or should I say customer disservice.
