Usually I like shopping at goodwill. I donate here regularly but after not being handed a bag of my purchases, me not noticing until I got home 15 minutes before they close, I don't think I'll be back. I work a ton, I do my job, I don't forget to hand people their purchases. I do not have the time to stop back any time soon so the books and figurines can either go back on the shelf or be handed to future customers for free since I already paid for them.

I got to the store 5 minutes early, completely thinking doors would be locked still till 9am when they opened. No, doors were opened, and unlocked I got a cart, and an employee told me to get out they weren't open for another 10 minutes.Now, I've never ever had an issue with this store until today. It was not needed to tell me to get out. I'm not sure if I will be going back after that interaction.

Dropped off my cousins clothes )she passed away). They were clean but wrinkled from packing. The man at the drop off point asked why they were wet. They were not! The bag was cool because we put it in the truck the night before. He grabbed the clothes to check then put them in the bin. My cousin was not a smoker or around smoke. He curled his lip and said these really smell like smoke. I had finished a cigarette just before the drop off. He was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. This is the second time this man has been rude. Really need to screen your employees. Will take my donations elsewhere from now on!

The cashier Vickie was not only very rude to us about barstools and the bottom of the tag being ripped off, but she was very rude to the elderly lady in front of us. I for one am on crutches and she made us wait to buy our items because she said she had to announce it and make sure nobody had the bottom of the tag, which she never did, and then she made us go to the back of the line to re-check out. Luckily the other customers were very nice and let us cut in front of them. She needs a talking to about her bad attitude.

I have shopped both stores for awhile now but have decided I will no longer come to the Goodwill out by the mall. The merchandise ok and pricing is fair but the employees at this location are rude. Anytime I ask a question it's a response in attitude, they are always so short and just aren't very friendly. Not to mention the last 3 times I've been in there I've had to listen to them talking trash about another employee or trash about their other store-very unprofessional! My trips to the one on Nationway will now be more frequent because I will no longer shop this store!

Very nice $million dollar building for a charity. Store is organized, but items need to have accurate pricing. Many signs are missing. Staff is good. No negotiation is offered for purchases. Flash sales are nice, but could be more frequent as you have an abundance of stuff to move out the door!

I don't know what's going on with goodwill in Cheyenne but everything is broken, stained or missing pieces and the prices may as well be new.

This store has a way of breaking expectations. I've been in similar stores in other states and find this one to be cleaner and better organized. There is a good selection of used merchandise in varying conditions and age. While there is older items, they seem to be fully intact or whole. Clothing items look used but with plenty of life remaining.

I have been going to Goodwills all my life, literally. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to. Very nice prices, awesome merchandise, kind employees. The store is clean. Spacious parking. Hand sanitizer available. It's also a big building too so there is a lot to look through. It's not an outlet so there aren't rude pushy people trying to push you out of the way to look through bins. I will be a regular customer here for sure.

Absolutely absurd prices....$30 for a cooking pot that was stained and broken lid, items are dirty and broken. $50 for a plate set?? I thought these places had all items donated?? Nothing but greed. Lower the prices.... Your not selling gold.
