I’ve loved this office ever since I started bringing my cat and dog over a year ago. Everyone is kind and attentive. More specifically though, Dr Jaylin has been so absolutely amazing with my emotion support animal Nelson. He is a little doggo and came down sick almost 2 weeks ago. Initially we thought he had a blockage in intestines because he has a history of eating things he’s not supposed to so when I brought him in thinking he had done it again, she ran all sorts of test and X-rays. Those came back all fine. Well over the weekend 2 weeks ago, I had to call the emergency after hours line 3 separate times. He was kept over night once. We thought all was well until 2 Mondays ago when he went unresponsive in my arms. I truly thought my dog was dying in my arms so I called the emergency number again and Dr Jaylin rushed to meet us at the office. He had spiked a fever and I asked her to run xray on his lungs because I had heard him go through one minor coughing fit. She agreed. She first did a more extensive physical exam where she discovered he was experiencing severe neck pain which explained him yelping anytime I picked him up or moved his head. Then the X-rays came back and we discovered he had white shadowing in his lungs. Dr Jaylin diagnosed him with a non specific neck injury as well as bronchitis. She even said that she didn’t think him eating his blanket was ever the issue and I agree. No one’s fault that bronchitis was missed because we all thought his issues were related to him eating his blanket, even myself. He has done nothing but improve over the last 2 weeks and that’s all thanks to Dr Jaylin and her willingness to listen to every single concern and symptom I brought up to her.She never once complained about the repeated after hours calls and was happy to meet me at the office every time. Especially the one two Mondays ago. I called in tears extremely concerned and before I even got all my concerns out she interrupted me and said “I’ll meet you at the office in 20 min, I’m on my way”. I will be FOREVER grateful to her for being so kind and caring to me throughout this entire process as I was VERY distraught and going above and beyond to help my sweet boy.I included the picture that I took right before I ended up calling the after hours number for the third time when he went unresponsive. It was one of the scariest moments in all my years of being a pet owner and I couldn’t be happier with how myself and my dog were treated. He’s not all the way out of the woods yet but Dr Jaylin came up with a treatment plan that has done wonders so far and we are both sure that he will continue to do nothing but improve.THANK YOU to Dr Jaylin for taking care of my Nelson and being so kind, caring, and responsive to mine and my dogs needs. ?

I've been taking my fur babies here for a while. They are always very kind, compassionate, and quick to get in when there's a emergency. I love knowing my fur babies will have the best care!

The staff and the Doctors are awesome. Unfortunately, I had two Older cats that had passed within 30 days of of each other. The doctors did everything they could do for them. They’re very compassionate and very caring They are now my primary vet for my other cats here in Cheyenne. I would recommend them to anybody They have emergency services And have an honest caring for your animals.

This has been my vets office for most all of my pets lives, and six days ago in the evening, one of my most cherished friend's dog Murray, unexpectedly had a heart attack and sadly passed. The kindness the vet showed by coming to the office for my friend, suggestions for what to do next, and the comfort he showed was needed for my friend, so deeply. Always bring your pets here for care, they go above and beyond for all situations and it doesn't go unnoticed.

At 4:30 this afternoon, our little dog fell off a chair and injured her right front leg. She was crying in pain and refused to put weight on that leg. I called our regular vet and was refused care. Called Frontier and they got her right in! We were back home by 5:15 with a treatment plan in place and meds. Bitty is not badly injured and will be just fine. I cannot give Frontier Veterinary Clinic enough thanks and praise for helping us out in an emergency.

This place has been awesome. As a customer for 15+ years I called in asking if my dog could be seen today or if I can drop him off for something I think is fairly urgent. Lisa immediately told me no they don't have kennel space because of construction and advised me to find a new vet... didn't even offer me to make an appointment or anything. From reading recent reviews I wonder if this is the experience I'm going to get from here on out without Colleen around.

Staff is usally friendly. Receptionist today though was not. We asked her 3 times to send records to an email address, even spelled it out phonetically for her. Said receptionist became perturbed after we called back asking where the email was only for the receptionist to say she sent it to the email on file (instead of the one we gave her 3 times over). She was very dismissive, rude, and not professional in accomplishing the simplest of office etiquette tasks.

All staff were so caring and empathetic. I called around 8:30 am with an emergency with my cat. They got him in right away, assesed him, and kept him comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not confident he would make ot through the day, so we decided it would be best to end his suffering, humanely. The staff let me stay with him as long as I needed and were very empathetic to me during this very difficult tume. I will be moving all of my pets to this clinic.

Do not take your animals to this clinic! They are cheap for a reason!I booked an appointment for a dental cleaning for my dog over a month in advance. When I dropped him off that morning, I was told he should be done by 130pm. They kept him in a kennel for almost 6 hours before calling to say they could not get to him that day without having him stay overnight as the cleaning before him had complications that delayed several hours. I decided to not leave him overnight since he had not ate in nearly 20 hours at this point due to the pre anesthesia guidelines. The owner of the clinic refused to offer any sort of compensation or discount for a rescheduled visit because they didn’t charge an initial quote fee (where they barely glanced at his front teeth only) and “comped” the unnecessary pre anesthesia bloodwork that they supposedly did on him that day.The cleaning before my dog’s that delayed my appointment was for a dog they under anesthesia for almost the entire day. That dog had “several complications” during his routine dental cleaning that kept him under anesthesia for the day. Since that was just a routine dental cleaning that went wrong, it makes me wonder how safe animals actually are under their care.I initially went to this clinic because they were the cheapest quote in town for a dental cleaning. I would recommend paying a little extra and going to another clinic to make sure your pets are cared for and safe!

The actual vets were pretty good, no one really explained aftercare or anything we should really keep an eye out for but I guess that’s why googles free right. The younger receptionist is very rude, thank goodness we only had to deal with her once. Telling us what the clinic doesn’t do, yet we had been dropping our dog off early all week. I just really figure you see it’s obvious we care for our dog, daily appointments with our bill paid immediately after each visit we expected a bit more care, empathy and most of all important information about our dogs care without an ugly attitude to go along with it. Jaylin and Ashtyn were nice. Breanna and Samantha’s demeanor were less than desirable.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Frontier in return for what they did for my pup. We had to go in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and our situation was handled with so much professionalism and urgency. We had a diagnosis and treatment plan very shortly after walking through the door. This visit was our first at this clinic, but I felt so confident our dog was receiving the absolute best care due to how informative Dr. Cherni was regarding the situation and our dogs diagnosis. When we picked him up from his overnight stay, Colleen was so wonderful explaining all the medications we were taking home and the do’s and dont’s over the next few days as our pup recovers all while answering all of our questions. I think the people who care for our pets as their own in time of need hold a special place in our hearts, and this clinic is filled with those people. There is no doubt we will be making Frontier our vet from here on out, whether that be for emergencies or routine care. I would recommend them time and time again! And a huge THANK YOU from myself and Ryder.
