Saturday around 9 am i made an appointment for NOON!! Had it here 10 mins early (11:50) was told to give them about an hour hour and a half because they gotta get ahold of silver rock. No worries,
we went and walked around menards for an hour then came back to check on it, they haven't even tried to call silver rock, so we asked if we could take the car home to get our second car and drop it back off 15 mins later drop it back off around 130. Called at 430 was told they're working on it now! Came back at 530, and the car was still sitting in a bay. We wait til its almost closing time (5:50) and are told its stilll not done. They had our car for 6 hours and didnt touch the oil AT ALL. I told them to back my car out and this is the last time i set foot in a Firestone. The lack of communication and sheer incompetence of this store and the morons working it is far below 1 star. The manager had no idea what was going on, hell she couldn't even remember what car was ours asking 4 times in a matter for 6 mins waiting to find out if our car was done. Then started trying to talk about the line at chic-fil-a like it was their fault my car wasnt done. Idk if everyone here is on drugs or what, but it definitely made me want to never trust Firestone for ANYTHING ever again if an oil change is THAT difficult, and time consuming for them. This place is an absolute joke, go literally anywhere else.

Jason and his crew were amazing! We were down in Cheyenne and broke down while on a family overnight vacation. You know how it can be. It was Saturday and in those situations you just need somebody to help you. I called and Jason and his team did everything they could to get us up and on the road ASAP! They recommended the towing service even and overall it was a great experience given the situation.

Jake, you rock man! I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care! I had an appointment with Walmart for a week, they texted me 2 hours before cancelling my appointment. It all worked out though! I work overnights and right when I got off I saw that Firestone was the only ones open at 7am. I called talked with Jake and he hooked it up! They were having a sale the day I called, I got $100 off since I purchased 4 tires. He was able to get me in ASAP! So thankful for these people, keep up the hard work, y'all are amazing! Rachel was also so sweet and showed amazing customer service by brewing coffee for people sitting in the lobby and replacing hand towels in the restrooms the second she found out. Not only incredible customer service, best prices in town, great quality and they do a thorough job! I will only be coming back here from now on! Thank you Jake and all of the Firestone crew that helped me out! I hope you enjoy the muffins ☺️. 100/10!! Highly recommend!

We purchased snow tires for two of our vehicles from them. Every experience we’ve had since has been negative. Appointment or not they take all day and twice they haven’t completed the work same day. Staff has always been extremely rude! If you value your time and sanity find somewhere else to go!

Emergency visit for a misfire on my way to our anniversary in Estes Park. Called and was told get it here asap. And in than 2 hours I was out the door driving again. Colter was more than above and beyond explaining what had happened and why. Absolutely wonderful and I’m so very happy that I’m able to be back on the road to spend some quality time with my wife. Thanks guys appreciate it very very much! 10-10 recommending for the next guy

I’ve been here twice while passing through Cheyenne…both times super friendly. Jason takes his time to give a detailed explanation of what’s going on. Wish I lived in Cheyene and could bring my car here all the time.

Would not recommend I changed my own brakes before going here and they lied said all my brakes were bad and rotors and spark plugs. On top of that when I changed my spark plugs they were perfectly fine. Go to meinke instead very honest people.
