I'm not amazed at the lack of customer service these days but when you have three people in a store and now one of them ask you if you need any help and can be quite disrespectful

The clerk was very informative, I did however go with the suggestion of some patrons. It was easier than driving to the shoe store in Ft. Collins. (The rest of this story is confidential because it wouldn't be understood properly).

Our older kids go here for their shoes, and we had no complaints. Calm atmosphere & fun shopping mall.
