Melanie kochert, the branch manager at the missle drive location in cheyenne, wy and is amazing! I've been in sales & service as well as managed two auto repairs shops for over 17 years and I really have to say that good customer service is such a hard thing to find anymore these days let alone great customer service. Melanie and her staff really holds a professional, friendly, fun environment. Even when the store is packed busy and flooded with customers everyone's taken of!

I’ve been dealing with Enterprise for the last month due to my car being totalled. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made me feel some relief when having a rental.They even called to let me know when my insurance rental coverage would end!Thank you again for the excellent customer service

I returned my rental car to Enterprise today and had a great experience. Haley was very accommodating as I wasn't sure my car repairs would be done. She figured it all out for me with patience and a smile. As I waited at the counter, I saw the other Enterprise employees also providing personal and attentive service. I'm glad we have Enterprise services available in Cheyenne. Thanks Haley!

Enterprise was great to work with! Hailey, Ashley, and Mark all helped me with excellent customer service. I was in a rental for over two months and had zero issues. They were friendly and they even were able to offer pick up service for me to pick up my rental which was a huge help.

I believed everything to be all good I was quoted $99 for a day rental. I dropped off the key and the car at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday. I had picked the car up on Friday at 5:30 two weeks go by I didn’t think anything of it I go and look at the card that I used for that rental and I come to find I was charged almost $300 because apparently they don’t do after hours drop offs and they said because when I dropped off the car they were closed That I was charged for the full weekend that even though I no longer had the key or the car, it was still my responsibility, I did not know that they did not do after our drop offs else I would have gone with a different rental agency. They have refused to fix the problem or correct it in anyway. Claiming company policy. I spoke to the assistant manager and a regular employee , and they both said the same thing will not be using this location again!

I wish I could give a zero star!! The worst rental place in Cheyenne. They do everything they can to not rent to you in the office after the booking. Toro is a much better and more affordable option.

I rented a car for one day. Apparently they don't do after hour drop offs which nobody informed me of until after the fact when I tried to get this corrected since they are closed on Sundays and they close early on Saturdays apparently even though they have the key drop box, that is literally four after hour drops they still will charge you for the whole of Saturday and Sunday. I was not informed that I needed to have the car back on Saturday before they closed or I would be charged for the whole weekend. I charge that I was quoted for at $99 appeared on my card as almost $300

between the management and hailey at the Cheyenne location I would never work with this company. they didn't have my car that I rented so they acted like it was my fault. dont waste your time, rent with toro.

I had a wonderful experience with enterprise, it was my first time renting a car from enterprise, the customer service was top notch and, I would like to thank Haley and, Ashlee for their outstanding customer service, everything was on time, I recommend enterprise as one of the best places to rent a car especially here in Cheyenne WY.Special thanks to Haley and Ashlee, ?.

I've been patient, but now I've had enough of trying to explain to two different managers at two separate Enterprise car rental locations that the vehicle they have given me is even more unsafe than the one I rented before. The car is a hazard on the road, filled with so many distractions that it makes driving downright dangerous. I am not willing to risk my safety or that of others by continuing to navigate it. Despite my repeated requests for another vehicle, my concerns have mostly been ignored. I demand a new car immediately, and I order it now. Renting a car for long periods is expensive, but my safety is priceless. If Enterprise cannot provide a safe and suitable vehicle, I will have no choice but to find an alternative rental company that provides the services that their contract has set, that I sign and pay for. One of the parties here is not holding up their side of the promise agreed upon; the other isn't quite there.I hope this has clarified why I feel the way I do. I'm attempting to drive across the United States in this rental to find out I've funded my trip from hell.

Jessie was so incredible to us! We've had the worst luck with our car and needed a rental to run errands. Jessie was attentive to what we needed, made sure we were taken care of and had us feeling very welcomed with her great customer service! Thank you so much for a wonderful renting experience!

I had to get a rental through my insurance. Had someone back into me and the entire process with Enterprise was a nightmare. My rental car wasn’t ready on the day I was told it would be which was fine. The next day I had a reservation that I confirmed 3 times for 12:30, I was called at 12:30 being told that my car wasn’t ready. They were impossible to get a hold of to reschedule, were 45 minutes late to pick me up, and I was never told about the $50 deposit they charged my card. I will do whatever I can to never use this location again.
