I had ran out of gas in a company vehicle due to a faulty gas gauge 7 miles away from Chugwater and after a gas delivery from another tow company still left me stranded, I called Doug’s towing and they sent me Perry Kinard. Upon arrival Perry called me to get a better understanding of my situation so he could be better prepared to assist and I informed him I had been stranded for about 8 hours and was on the last drop of my water on a hot day. Perry took it upon himself to bring me a Gatorade and was truly concerned about my well being for that I am grateful. Perry hooked up my extra heavy work truck with a crane attached to the bed and towed me to the gas station in Chugwater. After telling Perry how another tow company left me stranded he assured me he would either get me back on the road so I can finish the job and her back home to Denver or to a hotel/repair shop. Perry stayed true to his word and got my diesel engine started and me back on the road and I was able to sleep in my own bed. Doug’s towing charged me a fair price and honestly for the quality of service I would have paid more. Perry I can’t thank you enough, you are a genuine person, God bless.Service: Special vehicle towing

$40 per day yard fee, and no one told us they ONLY TAKE CASH until I drove 3 hours back to Cheyenne to release the car. That was really frustrating. That being said they always answer their phones and are quick to respond. Just wish they were more upfront and communicative.

I had my car towed to a new residence as it is inoperable. We had to reschedule my appointment due to a major wreck. They worked with me, even called me as they could get there earlier, and the service was super friendly through and through.My vehicle is keyless entry and the battery was dead. The tow guy took the time to show me that my key fob still had a key to get in and how to throw it in neutral and park with no power. Awesome!Lastly, I feel they are very affordable and do great work. I highly recommend.Service: Car towing

it was a weekend call that I fear would cost crazy amounts but these guys were so reasonably prized fast responding and had great customer service skills thanks again for getting my hubby and jeep home to me safe and sound !!!

They were driving while on the phone (texting or scrolling through something). Please don’t do that, it could cost your life/another persons lives. I drove next to them and he wasn’t paying attention to the road, just kept staring at his phone.

Thank you to doug’s towing for your great service! I was driving through Cheyenne when I was involved in an accident resulting in my car being totaled and Justin was the driver that arrived to the accident. He was very helpful and polite. He helped me get to a hotel both the night of the accident and the next afternoon after I cleaned out my car. The lady in their office was also very sweet and the two of them helped make a tragic event a bit less stressful!
