“Ebell“ is absolute garbage as an employee and should be let go immediately. He’s extremely rude and I disgusting. I watched him burp in an elderly woman’s face, not say excuse me, then deny accepting a dollar that has a centimeter tear in it not through any numbers. After that the next customer he threw her items down into the bag and tossed it on the counter. An absolute joke of an employee or even common courtesy.Referred by name to know the exact person with this pathetic work ethic. Along side wearing a massive hunting knife down his thigh while working checkout is also disconcerting with his demeanor .

Cashier needs to wear gloves if they don't want to touch the customers hand or wait until the customer is gone before wiping their hands off in disgust. Very poor customer relations skills. Go back to door dashing Ma'am... ( the lady with the burgundy bob wig) #NoContact

Quick in and out visit. Checked for goodies on the snack isle, grabbed a dry face brush in makeup, a butterfly hair clip and a couple of barrettes. Picked up 2 bottles of laundry stain remover and the card I was originally there to purchase. It took 10 minutes in total and spent $21.00

This store is so clean. You could eat off the floors. I have told management that and it's well managed. The shelves are always stocked and the shelves and the floor are very clean. Everything's dusted off. Everything is clean. Very friendly staff and the store is always busy. Wonderful wonderful store when I'm in Cheyenne this is where I go and shop. If I need my dollar stuff or even my $3 or $5 stuff please keep this store open

At one time, I would’ve said this is the cleaner and better staffed of the two Cheyenne locations BUT…It doesn’t have quite the selection that Lincolnway does but it does tend to be stocked consistently. There’s usually less of a wait here, too. FYI, if you’re in need of containers for food, organizing, etc, that’s Lincolnway’s forte, you won’t find as much variety here.

This store is usually great. I can always find what I’m looking for and all the cashiers are pleasant. I skip going in after 5 pm though because the night manager Laura is so rude and unhelpful. She talks down to employees and customers and has a bad attitude. Doesn’t feel welcoming when she’s there so I always come in the morning. Over the last few months it’s really looked better. Good job crew

I placed an online order for classroom supplies. When I got the email saying my two boxes were ready for pickup, I drove to the Dollar Tree store in Cheyenne near Lowe's and the mall. The cashier called the manager and she opened up the register telling me it would be a while. She chose to help check out a customer behind me, so I stood by the chairs and waited patiently. The email said to show them my ID and order number for reference. When the manager approached me, she asked for my name. I showed her my order number, but she rudely responded by saying she just needed my name. She returned a few minutes later with what I thought was all of my order. However, when I was back home I noticed she only gave me half my order. I called immediately to explain how they only gave me half my order and was supposed to have another box per the email confirmation.I drove back and waited again for someone to come to the front of the store to help me. I was met by a new employee in training. She said I didn't get a receipt because there was a confirmation email sent instead. It was irrelevant, so I reminded her that the manager was the one who didn't ask for my order number or to see my receipt of what was ordered. I stood my ground and explained that this was the manager's responsibility and in the future she should probably ask for more than just a name and follow company policy for picking up online orders. The new associate apologized and I told her it was okay as it was not her fault.I hope that Dollar Tree Corporation will take this situation as a future example for training their management and employees on customer service and respect. Unfortunately, I will not be back and will purchase student supplies elsewhere.
