Worker named Cindy was super rude. Assumed we were stealing after watching us put everything back in the freezer. She walked by us and thru a snarky comment and when we came back to show her we felt our card she was complaining and let some guy walk out after the alarms went off. He had more then what he paid for.

Where to begin....I search on my phone and see Dollar General is open til 10....it's 8;40 Great! i go in and shop for about 30 min....usually browse bc never really go in for anything specific. Go up to check out with an arm load of items. i am greated not with a smile, not with a hello, not even with an "I'm Sorry"...but a shried "We're Closed!" I counter that it says they're open til 10 on four different online sources. Again no "I'm sorry" or "We had to close early"...just "We're Closed. Those soures are wrong if they really did say that. I closed the register..I have no money". I am floored by the lack of customer service bordering on rudeness. I look at the door..it's locked..I'm a hostage!! I ask "did anyone think to come tell me while I was shopping?". She flippantly shrieked "I looked and saw no one". In her defense I can understand why it was easy to overlook me...SINCE I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE!!!! i defiantly said "Well, I'm not putting these items back". I hear from the other attendant "oh yes you are". I 'm just hoping someone calls the police. First of all they close early without any notive, and I am locked in the store against my will. I am offered no explanation and am told I have to restock items that i haven't paid for ...I understood it to mean restock or you don't get out. I prayed please call the police so I can explain how i'm locked in with no warning and rudely treated as if I did something wrong. Absolutely the worst retail experience I have EVER EVER EVER had.

Great store but the hours are wrong!!!! They close AT 9 P.M. !!!!!

Worst experience ever. This is the SECOND time that I've gone in there and have to literally search to find an employee. I walked around the entire store twice and couldn't find what I was looking for. As I was walking out, the lady walked out of the back and finally helped me claiming she was "watching me on the camera the whole time. " The time before that all the employees were in the back laughing and talking and told me "it'll be a minute" while I waited to be checked out. They also don't unload ANY of the products onto the shelves. There are boxes stacked up to the top of the isles so it is impossible to find what you're looking for. This store is making a bad name for the entire company. I don't even understand how the company hasn't realized how trash their store is? I typically don't give reviews but I worked in retail for MANY years and just can't believe how poor the service is. It's a new store and they have run it to the ground.

I had a box of trash bags (1 item) and was waiting at register 1 when a Mohawk hawk guy walks by twice. The woman and I never said anything just patiently waited, third time he comes out the back and says wait a min (mouth full of food) and the goes to register 2 and tries checking out the girl behind me even though she was gonna let me go ahead. Terrible 5 min experience and Neither employee could be bothered to even apologize for the wait.

4120 Greeenway ST, Cheyenne, WyomingI went to store. I saw the stock thing and stock self is very messy but i want employee to make nice stock self and stock ship stand for 1 or 2 or 3 day but I not accept. Please fast and finish. I know the customer fee unaccept on stock and ship. next time make fast and time control.add I not see DC market like meat, chicken, fruit, and everything not stock because the customers want DC market like meat, chicken, and everything on low price and it important for the customers want it

Sold me donuts that expired on the 16th of December. It's the 22nd. It's fine. Just kind of disappointing. They taste fine Just a bit dry.

It had quite the variety of items here. Everything from food, clothes, crafts, kind of a one-stop store. I was impressed. The store was clean, the staff very nice. I recommend this Dollar General.

I interviewed for a job there and it was the only time I walked out on a interview. The district manager was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. He told me they can't staff the store and I understand why, poor leadership
