The staff here is amazing!! They are always so helpful and kind. I work with disabled Veterans and we use art as a therapy to help manage stress, connect with others, and find a creative outlet for recovery. Creations Unlimited has been so helpful in this process and words cannot express how grateful we are.

Worst Company you will ever deal with. They will mess up your order and try to put the blame on you. I placed an order for one case of a bisque item and 'the two most recent catalogues of the main company they order from. A week goes by and nothing. Finally I send them an email and they finally get the ball rolling. When I receive the package the bisque was fine however they sent me two of the most recent catalogue, not the two most recent ones. I send them an email kindly advising of their error asking them correct it. They try to tell me I did not make such a request so I send them the original email and then they try to tell me the way it was phrased they interpeted it to be the two most recent and still try to shift the blame. Finally after firmly stating how it is their error and if they responded when I originally contacted them there wouldve been no need for an email they agree to correct their error. However stating it will be 1-2 days because they dont want to stand in line at the post office. On the third day I ask if its been sent and they just wrote back 'No'

Personally Id look elsewhere. **Follow up** The owner of this company now advises me because of writing this review she will make sure she takes longer to correct her error because of this review. That gives you an idea of to what type of people work for this company.
