“The crew here was fantastic and so helpful! Though my jersey wasn't stitched as quickly as I'd hoped, they were nice enough to send me a message explaining some personal matters had come up. They were sorry and would get to it as quickly as they could. Once I got that message, I totally understood and then didn't mind how long it took because of how well they communicated the situation. Plus, once I got my hockey jersey it looked fantastic! I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future!”
“This store carries wonderfully cute items, and they are quality clothes, too. The employees are super friendly as well; in particular, I was immediately greeted by an employee named Abby who was very impressive with her customer service and sense of fashion. I was given a “fit card”, which detailed some of the brands and styles that I seemed drawn too. I’ve never had a store in the mall give me such uniquely friendly, helpful, and forthcoming customer service before!! I HIGHLY recommend going in and checking out their clothing and shoes, I will be a repeat customer now that I had this experience.”

“I didn't catch the dude's name today, towards closing. But, on my receipt it says Cashier: S00697.It's not often I get customer service as organic and genuine as this individual was. He was holding down the fort solo (impressive). Checked in with us while he was tidying up the shelves at the same time. When I found a few things to purchase, dude broke away without delay.I enjoyed the small talk and jokes as we completed my transaction. His interaction was engaging! As he rang everything up, he'd point out that "we just got these in, I think they'll go fast" or complement me on my selection. His knowledge of the products was keen and apparent.This guy is just a cool dude. He is exactly the model of what folks that embrace the lifestyles showcased at Zumiez are. He represented the store well. I found myself having fun doing something as mundane as making a purchase!The store itself was well organized, clean, and tidy.
